臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

長期照顧機構皆為搶救困難地區，因為機構之住民是避難弱者，需要輔助器具或他人協助才能移動，所以防火管理人應事先規劃避難動線，平時防火管理，定期檢修申報，落實自衛消防編組訓練，遂成機構的刻不容緩事項。
本研究方法包括回顧相關研究文獻，分析歷年相關機構之重大火災案例，找尋成災的主要原因，以臺北市私立某安養院為研究案例，經由實地踏勘，調查機構火災的危險因子，訪談救災經驗豐富的專家及火災搶救之兵棋推演等研究方法來完成。
研究發現該院位處於狹小巷道內，非常不力消防人車進入搶救。研究結論就是長照機構需要完善的防護計畫，及瞭解自衛消防編組工作與訓練，始能降低危險因子引致人命及財產的損害。

Long-sighted institutions are all the difficult areas for rescue. Because most of the resident of the long-sighted institutions belong to refuge weak and timid. Their movement need assistant equipment or assistance by other people. Thus, the fire prevention manager should plan the dynamic line for refuge. They do fire prevention management in normal times and repair report in regular times. The train of self-defense fire prevention should be put in practice. As a result, the fire prevention of long-sighted institutions is the most urgent event.
The aim of this thesis is to investigate the fire rescue and refuge for long-time care center. The investigated method take over case study. A nursing home in taipei city was taken as an example. In order to seek for the crisis factors due to the fire disaster in nursing homes, both expert inquiry and war chess deduction in-depth come true.
This study found out the nursing home exists crisis factors due to the fire disaster. It is locate at a narrow lane that is very difficult to rescue by fire man used vehicle. The summary of this study is taken as follow：The long-sighted institutions need to be of the perfectly protective purpose and well-experienced in working of organizing into groups for self-defense fire prevention. Therefore, both people life and property damage due to crisis factors can be reduced.
