摘要
研究背景:在瞭解義警、民防身體調適參與及心智考驗之現況，其中包括情緒是否穩定，身體與心靈間是否平衡。研究目的: 一、討論義警、民防正確面對身體調適之重要性。二、義警、民防對身體調適參與程度探討。三、義警、民防心智考驗分析。研究方法:採問卷調查法，發放問卷430份，回收有效問卷357份，有效回收率83.02%。以描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析及皮爾森積差相關等統計方法進行比較。結果:不同年齡之身體調適參與（p＝.105 ）及心智考驗（p＝.321）認知均未達顯著差異；但對於心智考驗（p=.001<.05）不同年齡者得分達顯著差異。不同職業之身體調適參與（p＝.107 ）及心智考驗（p＝.330）認知均未達顯著差異；但對於心智考驗（p=.001<.05）不同職業者得分達顯著差異。不同教育程度之身體調適參與（p＝.112 ）及心智考驗（p＝.355）認知均未達顯著差異；但對於心智考驗（p=.001<.05）不同教育程度者得分達顯著差異。結論:一、義警、民防應正確面對身體調適參與。二、義警、民防對身體調適參與程度愈高對協勤確有助益。三、義警、民防心智考驗適度調整，對協助警察勤務更能發揮功效。

Abstract
Research background: Understand the current situation of volunteers, civil defense body adjustment and mental tests, including whether the mood is stable and whether the body and mind are balanced. Research purposes: 1. Discuss the importance of volunteers and civil defense to properly adjust their bodies. 2. Discussion on the participation of volunteers and civil defense in body adjustment. 3. Analysis of mental tests for volunteers and civil defense. Research method: The questionnaire survey method was adopted, 430 questionnaires were distributed, 357 valid questionnaires were recovered, and the effective recovery rate was 83.02%. Statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, t test, single factor variance analysis and Pearson product correlation were used for comparison. Results: The body adjustments of different ages and (p = .105) and the mental test (p = .321) did not reach a significant difference; but for the mental test (p = .001 <.05), the scores of different ages reached a significant difference . The body adjustments of different occupations and (p = .107) and the mental test (p = .330) did not reach a significant difference in cognition; but for the mental test (p = .001 <.05), the scores of different occupations reached significant differences. The body adjustments of different education levels and (p = .112) and the mental test (p = .355) did not reach a significant difference; but for the mental test (p = .001 <.05), the scores of people with different educational levels reached a significant difference . Conclusion: 1. The police and civil defense should face the body adjustment correctly. 2. The higher the degree of participation of volunteers and civil defense in body adjustment, the more beneficial it is to Xieqin. 3. The mental tests of volunteer police and civil defense are adjusted appropriately, and they are more effective in assisting police service
