In the early days, Dihua Street was mainly exported from rice and tea, and then gradually transformed into a wholesale base for Traditional Herbal Medicine Store, Grocery Stores, food materials and cloth markets. After more than 100 years, it can be said to be a microcosm of Taipei''s commercial development. However, in recent years, due to changes in eating habits and the intervention of the cultural and creative industries, the advantages of local businesses have not been guaranteed, and the uniqueness of products cannot be highlighted. Facing the change of customer base, traditional industries have gradually realized the necessity of the transformation of sales model. Aiming at the innovation and inheritance of traditional industries, this research integrates the transformation reference of Dihua Street stores through literature analysis. The results are: the importance of building facades and materials, the signboard information is presented in a simple and interesting manner, and the store pays more attention Commodity section. Facing the change of the times, the industry should make use of the characteristics of old buildings to add value to our emerging industries, and think about how the exterior design of the store and the building facade can be combined with the characteristics of the block. When innovating and inheriting shops in historical districts, they must first grasp the coordination and balance of the overall district, and explore the elements necessary for the transformation of shops in the district in this context. After the literature discussion and field visits in this study, the design principles of store design were integrated as a reference for transformation strategies, and the selected Dihua Street cases were used for analysis and comparison. While talking about the aesthetics of the block, this research refers to the company''s approach to the overall block reconstruction in the "creative life industry", integrates the core of the creative life industry with the elements of store design, and draws the context and reference strategies for store transformation. The research results show that the transformation of the store can be divided into two stages: the first is the basic stage focusing on core knowledge, which is divided into basic information and basic design; the second stage is more advanced detailed design, including space design and experience activities. After applying the research content to the case analysis of traditional stores, it is possible to understand the differences between traditional Chinese medicine stores and North-South stores during the transformation, and it can also be used as a reference and indicator for the stores that want to transform in the later traditional industries.
