本研究探討當員工感知自身處於層級型職涯高原或工作內容型職涯高原時,對於自己的組織承諾會產生何種影響;及工作不安全感是否對兩構面之職涯高原與組織承諾為產生中介效果。本研究針對國內現職年資一年以上之科技產業與製造產業員工,採網路問卷方式調查,獲得有效問卷213份,並以此進行分析。
研究結果發現: 層級型職涯高原與組織承諾之間呈現負向關係成立;工作內容型職涯高原與組織承諾之間呈現負向關係成立;層級型職涯高原與工作不安全感之間呈現正向關係成立;工作內容型職涯高原與工作不安全感之間呈現正向關係成立;工作不安全感與組織承諾之間呈現負向關係成立;工作不安全感是層級型職涯高原與組織承諾的中介變數成立;工作不安全感是工作內容型職涯高原與組織承諾的中介變數成立。

The study explores the impact of job insecurity on employees' organizational commitments when employees perceive that they are in a hierarchical career plateau or job content-type career plateau; and whether job satisfaction affects the careers of the two facets Plateau has an intermediary effect with employee speech behavior. This research is aimed at domestic technology industry and manufacturing industry employees who have been employed for more than one year. The online questionnaire survey was used to obtain 213 valid questionnaires for analysis.
The results of the study found that: a negative relationship between the level career plateau and organizational commitment was established; a negative relationship between the job content type plateau and organizational commitment was established; a relationship between the level career plateau and job insecurity was established A positive relationship is established; a positive relationship is established between the job content-type career plateau and a sense of work insecurity; a negative relationship is established between the job insecurity and organizational commitment; a sense of job insecurity is a hierarchical career plateau and The intermediary variable of the organizational commitment is established; the job insecurity is the content-based career plateau and the organizational commitment; the intermediary variable is established
