本研究旨在探討目前學校教師知覺同事無禮行為與團隊凝聚力間的相互關係,以及職場友誼是否可作為知覺同事無禮行為與團隊凝聚力間的中介效果之相關研究。
本研究採用問卷調查法,以台灣非營利組織之職員以教師為研究對象,網路回收問卷260份,扣除無效問卷6份,實際有效問卷254份,實際有效回收率為94.0%。調查結果以描述性統計、皮爾遜績差相關、逐步多元回歸統計分析等統計方式,進行資料分析。
本研究得到結論如下:
一、知覺同事無禮行為與團隊凝聚力呈顯著之負向關係。
二、知覺同事無禮行為與職場友誼呈顯著之負向關係。
三、知覺職場友誼與團隊凝聚力呈顯著正相關,顯示職場友誼相關程度越高,則團隊凝聚力也越高。
四、知覺職場友誼對同事無禮行為與團隊凝聚力之關係具有部分中介效果。

This study aims to explore the current relationship between school teachers' perceived colleagues' rude behavior and team cohesion, and whether workplace friendship can be used as an intermediary effect between perceived colleagues' rude behavior and team cohesion.
In this study, the questionnaire survey method was used. The staff of Taiwan's non-profit organizations took teachers as the research object, The study recovered 260 questionnaires. 6 invalid questionnaires were deducted, and 254 effective questionnaires were actually valid The recovery rate was 94.0%. The survey results were analyzed by statistical methods such as descriptive statistics, single-factor variance analysis, Pearson performance difference correlation, and stepwise multiple regression statistical analysis.
The conclusion of this study is as follows:
1. Perceptual colleagues' rude behavior has a significant negative relationship with team cohesion.
2. Perceived colleagues' rude behavior and workplace friendship have a significant negative relationship.
3. Perceived workplace friendship is significantly positively correlated with team cohesion, showing workplace friends. The higher the degree of friendship, the higher the team cohesion.
4. Perceived workplace friendships have a relationship with colleagues ’rude behavior and team cohesion Part of the mediation effect.
