本研究的主要目的是在於探討僕人領導透過職場靈性對自我效能的影響。研究假設職場靈性是僕人領導與自我效能之間的中介變數。僕人領導愈高,教師的職場靈性愈高,進而自我效能也愈高。本研究以台北市、新北市國民小學教師為調查對象,一共發出375份問卷,扣除未收回問卷及無效問卷,實際回收之有效問卷為 334份(89.07%)。以 SPSS23.0 統計軟體進行整體結構的評估以及中介效果的分析。實證結果顯示如下:
一、僕人領導對自我效能有正向影響。
二、僕人領導對職場靈性有正向影響。
三、職場靈性對自我效能有正向影響。
四、職場靈性對僕人領導與自我效能之關係具有中介效果。
經上述結果,本研究提供了教育當局促進教師自我效能的一個管道-校長發展僕人領導給予教師機會與空間,提高教師在教學相關事務上的職場靈性,進而提升教師的自我效能。

The main purpose of this study is to explore the impact of servant leaders on self-efficacy through workplace spirituality. The study hypothesized that workplace spirituality is an intermediary variable between servant leadership and self-efficacy. The higher the servant's leadership, the higher the teacher's workplace spirituality, and the higher the self-efficacy. In this study, a total of 375 questionnaires were sent out by teachers of The National Primary School in Taipei City and New Taipei City, excluding the uncollected questionnaire and the invalid questionnaire, and the effective questionnaire collected was 334 (89.07%). The evaluation of the overall structure and the analysis of the mediation effect are carried out with The SPSS23.0 statistical software. The results of the empirical results are as follows: The servant leadership has a positive impact onself-efficacy.
1. The servant leadership has a positive impact on self-efficacy.
2. The servant leadership has a positive impact on workplacespirituality.
3. The workplace spirituality has a positive impact onself-efficacy.
4. The workplace spirituality has a mediating effect on servant leadership and self-efficacy.

Based on the above results, this study provides a channel for educational authorities to promote teachers' self-efficacy - the principal develops servant leaders to give teachers the opportunity and space to improve teachers' workplace spirituality in teaching-related matters,
and thus improve teachers' self-efficacy.
