本研究旨在探討情緒勞務與組織公民行為之關係,以及敬業貢獻對情緒勞務與組織公民行為關係之中介效果。
本研究採用問卷調查法蒐集研究資料。對國民中小學及幼兒園教師,採便利抽樣,有效樣本共275份。
研究假設結果皆為成立,包括:1表層演出對組織公民行為有顯著負向影響;2深層演出對組織公民行為有顯著正向影響;3表層演出對敬業貢獻有顯著負向影響;4深層演出對敬業貢獻有顯著正向影響;5敬業貢獻對組織公民行為有顯著正向影響;6敬業貢獻對表層演出與組織公民行為的關係具有完全中介效果;7敬業貢獻對深層演出與組織公民行為的關係具有部分中介效果。

The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between emotional labor and organizational citizenship behavior. This study also examines the mediating effect of work engagement on the relationship between emotional labor and organizational citizenship behavior.
This study used a questionnaire survey method to collect data. For national primary and secondary school and kindergarten teachers, a sample of 275 copies was valid.
The results of the research hypothesis are all supported. Our research findings are as follow: 1. The surface acting has a significant negative impact on organizational citizenship behavior. 2. The deep acting has a significant positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior. 3. The surface acting has a significant negative impact on work engagement. 4. The deep acting has a significant positive impact on work engagement. 5. The work engagement has a significant positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior. 6. Work engagement has a complete mediating effect on the relationship between surface acting and organizational citizenship behavior. 7. Work engagement has a partial mediating effect on the relationship between deep acting and organizational citizenship behavior.
