中文摘要

二十一世紀是知識經濟的時代,為提升學生競爭力,掌握並充份運用先進資訊通訊科技增進學習效率,為當前的學習趨勢。因應傳播科技數位匯流的快速發展,就業市場數位化、社群化的潮流,國內大學紛紛推出以就業為導向的跨域學程。過去研究顯示科技接受程度對知識轉化有正向影響,但其中的影響機制為何仍未見探究,本研究將以韌性為中介變項,進一步分析韌性於其間關係之中介效果。
本研究主要目的為探討中部某私立大學管理學院大學課程導入新科技選修新媒體課程學生的「科技接受程度」對「知識轉化能力」之影響,學生的「科技接受程度」對「韌性」之影響,學生的「韌性」對學生「知識轉化能力」之影響,以及「韌性」在「科技接受程度」、「知識轉化能力」兩者間之中介效果。
本研究以問卷調查中部某私立大學管理學院選修「金融科技」、「跨境電商」、「微型創業」、「新媒體行銷與公關」等四大新媒體導向課程學生,共發放300份問卷,完成135 份有效問卷,回收率為45%。依據PLS所做資料分析及統計研究結果發現:(1)學生的科技接受程度對學生的知識轉化能力有正向影響、(2)學生的科技接受程度對學生韌性有正向影響、(3)學生的韌性對學生知識轉化能力有正向的影響。此外,研究結果也發現(4)學生的韌性在學生科技接受程度,及學生知識轉化能力之間具有部份中介效果。
根據研究結果給予學校在規劃新媒體課程、學生、教師及未來研究者建議。

ABSTRACT

In the era of the knowledge economy in the 21st century, to enhance students' competitiveness, master, and make full use of information & communication technology to improve learning efficiency, is the current learning trend. In response to the rapid development of digital convergence of communication technology, the trend of digitization, and commoditization of the job market, domestic universities have launched employment-oriented cross-domain studies. Past research shows that technology acceptance has a positive effect on knowledge conversion. However, it has not yet been explored what factors would affect the mechanism. This study used Resilience as an intermediary variable and provided further analysis of the intermediary effect of resilience and its relationship.

The main purpose of this study is to explore the impact of the "Technology Acceptance" of the students taking the new media-oriented courses at School of Management, a private university in central Taiwan on "knowledge transformation ability", The Influence of Students' " Resilience " on Students' "Knowledge Transformation Ability", and The Influence of New Technology Application on Knowledge Transferring- Resilience as a Mediator.

This study used questionnaires to survey the students of the four major new media-oriented courses such as "financial technology", "cross-border e-commerce", "micro-entrepreneurship", and "new media marketing and public relations" in the School of Management of a University in Central Taiwan. A total of 300 questionnaires were distributed completed 135 valid questionnaires, and the recovery rate is 45%. Data analysis and statistics are based on PLS. The results of the study found that: (1)students’ technological acceptance has a positive effect on their ability to transform knowledge;(2)Students' technological acceptance has a positive effect on students' resilience;(3)Students' resilience has a positive effect on students' knowledge transformation ability, and besides, (4) Students' resilience has an intermediary effect between students' technological acceptance and knowledge transformation ability. According to the results of the study, the school is recommended to plan new media courses, students, teachers, and future researchers.
