本研究係在探討現今離職率高居的職場環境下,以日本豐田汽車在台經銷商—中部 汽車經銷商為主要研究、參考對象,了解中部汽車以何種人事經營策略來維持銷售成績。 且深入探討日本豐田汽車在受台灣地區文化、風俗習慣等方面的影響下,以和泰總代理 商為首的各經銷商,做出何種經營管理及銷售上之調整,分析日本與台灣之差異性。另 外,近十年台灣進口車關稅調降至 17.5%,加上經濟M型化跟消費者喜好改變等原因, 使近年進口車競爭力不斷上升,各大汽車廠牌逐漸推出「國外原裝進口」的進口車種, 甚至連原本在國內生產組裝的車款都改為日本原裝進口車。本研究主要研究結果、發現 說明如下:
中部汽車雖然員工人數非經銷商內最多,資本額亦非最高,但因營業所之規模最大, 有人事成本的減少、資訊共享、不易削價競爭之管理、經營上之優點。另一方面,也因 為此種大經銷商制,中部汽車在管理、經營上與其他經銷商相較之下較為困難,年度銷 售營業額之業績壓力也相對較高。且因組織規模較大,在人事管理上更需要擬定一套完 整的辦法、規則。另也設置社團活動、員工旅遊等,來提昇全公司之凝聚力及向心力。 不僅是員工
This research attempts to discuss how to maintain the sales volume in the environment of the high turnover rate nowadays. It is a study on personnel management strategy of Japanese automobile company in Taiwan, using the case of Dealer of Central Motor Company. And this research tried to understand the influence of Taiwanese culture on Toyota Motor Corporation’s business model. Analyzing the operation strategies and the marketing strategies of Toyota’s dealer in Taiwan, figuring out the difference between Taiwan and Japan. Also, in the recent ten years, Taiwan has been lowered the import car tariffs into 17.5%. And due to the M-Form Society and the changes of consumer preferences etc., the imported car becomes more competitive. Major car brands also launched numbers of cars that imported from abroad, even changed the domestically produced cars into the cars that import directly from Japan. The results of the research are mentioned below:
Although the number of employees and the amount of capital are not the highest of all dealers, Dealer of Central Motor Company has the largest scale branches with low personnel costs, information sharing, and no price-cutting competition. However, due to the large-scale branches, it’s more difficult for Dealer of Central Motor Company to manage the branches and increase the annual sales. Owing to the large-scale branches, it also needs a well-thought-out plan for Personnel management strategy to enhance the cohesion of the company. Besides the club activities and the company trip, the employee training and benefit are perfect.
Therefore, to compare with other dealers and to get an in-depth understanding of Dealer of Central Motor Company’s context, business model and personnel management strategy ( employee training, employee benefit, promotion system, holiday system etc.), this research analysis how can Dealer of Central Motor Company survive in the cutthroat competition of 8 dealers (Kuotu,Taipei,Taumiau, Central, Nandu, Kaudu, Lanyang, Eastern ) and maintain first place for long years. In conclusion, the author hopes this research would become a reference for Personnel management researchers and companies.
