近年環保與綠色意識逐漸成為人人生活中不可忽略的一部份,使得各企業都必須審慎地將綠色行為納入工作範圍當中,不僅能夠愛護環境也能夠成為企業優勢,而工作內容與環保息息相關的清潔服務行業更為重要,這也是本研究欲探討的主題,本研究的目的在於探討清潔服務人員對於綠色行為的看法以及會透過組織的何種影響進而導致清潔服務人員的環保習慣更為提升,首先將國內外計畫行為理論與組織關心倫理有關文獻作為本研究的理論基礎,透過訪談了解綠色行為主要的類型,再製作成有關於綠色行為之相關問卷發放給清潔服務人員進行問卷調查,經由分析了解計畫行為理論及組織關心倫理與綠色行為間可能產生的影響,彙整結果後提出能夠影響清潔服務人員提升綠色行為習慣的參考,在108年12月前往台北、新北、桃園之清潔隊及數間清潔公司及其雇主以在旁輔助使得清潔服務人員理解問卷內容後填答收回183份有效問卷,再以多元階層回歸分析進行理論的驗證,分析結果了解職場綠色行為是一種計畫行為,且認知組織關心倫理會促使員工計畫職場綠色行為,並了解組織關心倫理會使員工計畫並展現職場綠色行為。
In recent years , environmental protection and green awareness have gradually become a non-negligible part of everyone’s life . All companies must prudently incorporate green behaviors into the scope of their work . Not only they can take care of the environment but also become a corporate advantage . The work content is closely related to environmental protection . The cleaning service industry is more important , which is also the subject of this research . The purpose of this research is to explore the views of cleaning service personnel on green behavior and the influence of the organization that will lead to the improvement of cleaning service personnel’s environmental protection habits .
First , the domestic and international the theory of planned behavior and organizational ethic of care related literature are used as the theoretical basis of this research . The main types of green behaviors are understood through interviews , and then a questionnaire about green behaviors is produced and sent to cleaning service personnel for questionnaire surveys . Understand the theory of planned behavior and the possible impact of the organizational ethic of care and green behaviors , and put together the result to propose references that can influence cleaning service personnel to promote green behavior habits . In December 108 , I went to assist the cleaning service staff the cleaning team and several cleaning companies and their employers at Taipei , New Taipei , Taoyuan to understand the content of the questionnaires , and then filled out 183 questionnaires , and then used the multiple hierarchical regression analysis to conduct the theoretical analysis .Validation and analysis results to understand that workplace green behavior is a planned behavior , and the organizational ethic of care about clinicians plan for workplace green behaviors for its employees , and understands that organizational ethic of care about clinicians employee plans and demonstrate workplace green behaviors .
