隨著國民經濟的增長,人們在滿足日常所需後,願意將時間和金錢花費在旅遊。由於寬鬆的二胎政策與國家國務院和教育部的政策支持,親子遊的現象越來越顯的重要。
本研究旨在探討親子遊族群在上海迪士尼的旅遊動機、旅遊意向與其遊客滿意度和忠誠度的關係。本研究從中國大陸地區去過上海迪士尼的家長為研究母群體和主要研究對象,針對各省市的去過上海迪士尼的親子遊家長為問卷對象。
使用的研究工具包含「個人背景資料」、「旅遊動機量表」、「旅遊意向量表」、「遊客滿意度量表」及「遊客忠誠度量表」,量表調查所得資料以 SPSS 24.0 for Windows 中文版統計軟體進行統計分析,並透過敘述性統計、信度分析、相關分析、獨立樣本 t 檢定、變異數分析及迴歸分析的統計方法加以分析與解釋。研究結果顯示,父母學歷越高,願意帶小孩出遊的意願更為強烈。旅遊動機與旅遊意向會相互影響。旅遊動機與旅遊意向對遊客滿意度有正向影響。遊客滿意度會對遊客忠誠度有正向影響。本研究根據研究結果提出建議作為親子遊在上海迪士尼的遊客相關信息之參考。

With the growth of national economy, people are willing to spend their time and money on traveling after meeting their daily needs. Due to the relaxed two-child policy and the policy support of the state council and the ministry of education, parent-child travel is becoming more and more common.The purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between the travel motivation, travel intention and the satisfaction and loyalty of the parent-child group in Shanghai Disneyland. In this study, parents who visited Shanghai Disneyland in mainland China were the study mother group. Parents in east China were the main subjects of the study, and parents and children traveling to Shanghai Disneyland in various provinces and cities were the subjects of the questionnaire. The results showed that the more educated parents were, the more likely they were to take their children on trips. The result of the study is that tourism motivation and tourism intention will influence each other. Tourist motivation and intention have a positive influence on tourist satisfaction. Tourist satisfaction has a positive impact on tourist loyalty. Based on the results of this study, Suggestions are proposed for the reference of parent-child tourism in Shanghai Disneyland.
