Internet market is also called "online marketing" or "onl ine promotion",
internet marketing is the process of promoting a business or brand and its
products or services over the internet using tools that help drive traffic, leads, and
sales. Internet marketing a pretty broad term that encompasses a range of
marketing tactics and strategies – including content, email, search, paid media,
and more. These days, though, internet marketing is often used interchangeably
with "content marketing."
Now the trend of marketing strategy is no longer just cutting online
marketing and physical channels, or focusing on online marketing. There are
more successful examples of further extending the network to physical channels.
Especially when the internet marketing battle is getting hotter, increasing
physical interaction and combining brand personality will be an essential key to
making a difference. For example, every holiday is the busiest time for service
industry employees, and McDonald's front-line waiters are no exception. When
most people are reunited with their families, they have to stick to their posts.
In general, the study results show that Starbucks's online marketing has
different opinions and feelings. Knowledge of coffee, gender, occupation, and
other factors have not changed the result because everyone feels differently about
Starbucks and sees different marketing attitudes. An interesting finding is that
when I interviewed American classmates, they were very confident that
Starbucks is a very successful company in the United States. Italian classmates
did not feel much about Starbucks. He said that Italy had its coffee definition and
perception. Besides, the participants stated that they had seen Starbucks' online
ads while they are using Instagram and Facebook. They often see the post shared
by their friends. Participants have in common that when they see, there is a
consumer activity announced by Starbucks. They are willing to go to Starbucks.
For these specific reasons, we can know that Starbucks's approach on the Internet
is very similar. They use Instagram or Facebook to advertise.
