本論文研究餐旅相關學系大學生就學習動機及工作價值觀兩影響因素之於未來職涯抉擇發展方向。為達研究目的,本文以台灣北區一般大學餐旅管理相關學系高年級生為研究對象,先以立意抽樣問卷調查法蒐集資料,共發出667份紙本問卷,有效回收率為90.25%。後以SPSS 22.0版統計軟體之線性迴歸檢定實證研究假設,藉由一系列統計分析,逐步驗證作者於研究架構中所提出之推論假設,最終,依其研究結果獲知(一)大學餐旅相關學系學生學習動機對職涯抉擇有正向影響;(二)大學餐旅相關學系學生學習動機對工作價值觀有正向影響;(三)大學餐旅相關學系學生工作價值觀對職涯抉擇有正向影響;(四)大學餐旅相關學系學生工作價值觀對學習動機與職涯抉擇具有中介效果。
本研究彙整發現,學習動機與工作價值觀對職涯抉擇確實具有顯著正向影響力,且二者皆可預測職涯抉擇;工作價值觀並非職涯抉擇的唯一關鍵,卻是觀察餐旅相關學系大學生影響因素的重要指標;冀研究結果,以供政府教育相關行政單位、學校機構、教師教學及未來相關研究者作為參考之用。

This study extends the analysis of how motivation and work value concepts influence students in hospitality industry making career decision. The content in this study is composed of 5 chapters. This study adopts purposive sampling approach with focus group of senior students in hospitality departments in Northern Taiwan. A total of 667 questionnaires were issued, with valid response rate 90.25% and the questionnaires were further analyzed statistically with help of SPSS statistics 22.0 to indicate the results by means of regression analysis. The study attributes, career decision toward the correlation of learners’ motives and work value. Finally, according to its research results, it was learned that students at university hospitality undergraduate (1) Learning motivation has a positive impact on career decision; (2) Learning motivation has a positive impact on work values; (3) Work values have a career decision have a positive impact; (4) Work values have an intermediary effect on learning motivation and career decision.
This study concludes that learning motivation and work values do have a significant positive influence on career decision, and both of them can predict career decision; although work values are not the only key to career decision, they are observations on dining and tourism-related learning. It is an important indicator of influencing factors for college students. The research results can be used as a reference for education-related units.
