There are 600 questionnaires sent to cabin attendants, and 493 valid questionnaires were received. By applying AMOS analysis, this research concludes that (1) chief purser impression of cabin attendants’ amiability was positively predicted by cabin attendants’ feelings of reasonable、friendliness, had a more positive impact on winning higher performance appraisal. (2) cabin attendants regard the chief purser as tenacious, and their impression tends to be disagreeable, which is negatively related to the social loafing. At the end of this research, substantial suggestions will also be provided based on the research results.
