As the technology developed, communication by LINE APP is a new life normal. And when it becomes an option for school teachers to communicate with student parents, how and when to use can actually turn it into a stepping stone on job is discussed.The study purpose is to explore the factors influencing elementary school teachers using Line app as communication channel with parents of students. This research is based on "Technology Acceptance Model, TAM" of Davis, and the survey was done by questionnaires designed into 7 investigation aspects, including "Perceived Ease of Use, PEOU", "Perceived Usefulness, PU", "Attitude Toward Using", "Task Characteristics", "Stress at Work", "Expection From Parents" and "App Satisfaction", to see if these factors are influential toward willness of "continual using" of teachers in primary schools. The research also discusses about interactions between these aspects and how they affect the willness of continual using Line App as communication channel. A total of 146 samples from primary school teachers was studied and the results are as follows: (1) Elementary school teachers who have been using Line App as school communication channel accounted for 71.2%, and the number is showing increasing. (2) "School Locations" can be found as a significant influential factor on teachers' "continual using" willness. (3) The seven variables have significant positive correlation with "continual using" willness, and the correlation coefficient with "Task Characteristics" is the highest. (4) Notable positive correlations can be found among the three variables of "Perceived Ease of Use, PEOU", "Perceived Usefulness, PU" and "Attitude Toward Using". (5) "Perceived Ease of Use", "Attitude Toward Using", "Task Characteristics" and "Expections From Partens" are four effective predictive factors and "Task Characteristics" is relatively the major effective one.
