Hunting-gather is the main mode of life of human development, the evolution of hunting has changed the dynamic balance relationship between human beings and other species, from the hunting culture evidence that human beings can achieve a satisfactory life with very little material needs.Taiwan's unique geographical environment and abundant natural resources, hunting has become an important part of the life of Taiwan's indigenous peoples, forming the unique cultural customs, rites and belief systems of the indigenous ethnic groups, traditional culture and the cornerstone of the development of social organizations. According to some research data, the formation and development of the concept of indigenous multi-culturalism are closely related to the "hunting culture", so the "hunting culture" of the indigenous ethnic groups is worthy of in-depth study. The indigenous people still keep the custom of hunting rite , and understanding the connotation of hunting is an important work to study the cultural heritage of the indigenous people. In view of the general academic literature on the connotation of "hunting culture" research is rare, therefore, in this study , the attempts to study the meaning and influence of the indigenous hunting culture, and in-depth analysis of the case of the Puyuma tribe hunting kulabow to explain the meaning and influence of "hunting culture" are proceeded. The research method mainly uses the observation method of qualitative analysis and the focus interview method, which can present the unique hunting culture meaning and influence of the indigenous people through this theme analysis mode, and create the positive meaning of the "hunting culture" of the indigenous people, that is, the hunting culture can coexist with the life and ecological conservation of the Taiwan indigenous peoples. And from the study to establish the traditional wisdom of ancestors, is the species ecology and natural environment is based on shared sharing, that is, hunting culture and indigenous people's life and ecological conservation can coexist. The study found that the hunting culture of the Puyuma tribe is closely related to the protection and utilization of land and natural resources, and many taboos and norms of hunting are good criterions for the sustainable development of conservation of wild animals. In the early days, the Puyuma tribe hunted large animals, because the shotgun were confiscated during the Japanese period, and the ROC government came to Taiwan to legislate to conserve wildlife and natural ecology, and controlled the shotgun, the clan can only hunt kulabaw field rats as a symbol of prey in the rites. Before and after hunting, the Puyuma tribe is going to rite, showing awe of the mountain gods, beast gods and ancestors, and avoid violating the punishment of the gods. Now understand the hunting culture, read the rite text, singing traditional poetry is becoming less and less. As a result, personal Facebook is currently being built as a platform for discussion by sharing and discussing hunting culture with others. and is connected to a close relationship with the tribe's online groups, the Puyuma Youth Alliance and the Puyuma Youth Association, to preserve and develop the hunting culture.
