本文想要了解家族企業傳承過程中,在三種不同繼任者的身份,包含外部專業經理人、同一代家族成員、下一代家族成員,在繼任前、中、後企業社會責任績效之差異。因此,本文以中國大陸上市家族企業為研究對象,選取樣本期間為2007年~2018年,共797家家族企業。
本文主要在探討企業繼任的議題,並聚焦在家族企業CEO繼任者的身份,進而分析繼任者的身份與CSR績效之間的關係,本文發現,外部專業經理人繼任家族企業CEO,相較於家族成員繼任家族企業CEO,家族企業的CSR績效會上升,但是下一年家族企業的CSR績效沒有上升,另外,同一代家族成員的CSR績效會優於下一代家族成員。
This study would like to know during the succession process, which type of succession impact CSR the most. Three types of succession including external professional manager, first generation family member, second generation family member. Based on all publicity traded firms in China during 2007~2018.We selected 797 family firms.
Our study focus on business succession and successor, try to find out the relationship between successor and CSR performance. The findings are (1)a family firm with external professional manager CSR performance is higher than family member ;(2) first generation family member CSR performance is higher than second generation family member ;(3) a family firm with external professional manager after the succession year the CSR performance is higher during succession.
