摘 要
研究目的
近年來,有關領導研究,以轉換型領導,目前也已經累積了相當的研究,過去這樣主題相關研究結果眾多不一致的結果,有研究指出兩者無顯著相關,有研究結果指出有顯著相關,希望藉由系統性文獻回顧分析找出明確的結論,因此本研究針對轉換型領導與領導效能關係以系統性文獻回顧方法探討如下之目的:
一、 探討教育領域轉換型領導與領導效能之關係
二、 探討醫療領域轉換型領導與領導效能之關係
三、 探討企業領域轉換型領導與領導效能之關係
研究方法
本研究方法採系統性文獻回顧,將截至 2020 年 12 月份為止的中西方有關領導理論研究中,針對轉換型領導與領導效能關係之文獻以系統性回顧,利用 Pubmed、Cliniclkey、Cliniclkey Nursing、Nursing Reference Center、CEPS等18資料庫搜尋2005/1/1-2020/12/31之已發表中英文獻之相關文獻。


研究結果
符合納入及排除條件之文章,經評讀後轉換型領導與領導效能關係之探討:系統性文獻回顧。教育領域轉換型領導與領導效能關係,結果顯示有顯著正相關,相關係數r值介於0.56-0.86,P<0.01。醫療領域轉換型領導與領導效能之關係,結果顯示:有顯著正相關,相關係數r值介於0.64-0.98,P<0.01。企業領域轉換型領導與領導效能之關係,結果顯示:有顯著正相關,相關係數r值介於0.44-0.93,P<0.01。其綜合效果量表分別為0.547(95% CI:0.436~0.641)、0.873(95% CI:0.595~0.965)、0.716(95% CI:0.538-0.833)。
結論與建議
本研究分別針對教育、醫療領域、企業領域釐清轉換型領導與領導效能之關係,綜合上述系統性文獻回顧研究結果發現:教育領域轉換型領導、醫療領域、企業領域與領導效能關係分析皆呈顯著正相關,期望此研究結果能提供未來研究者參考。
Abstract
In recent years, there has been a considerable amount of research on leadership research in terms of transformational leadership, and there has not yet been a comprehensive study of transformational leadership and leadership effectiveness in the enterprise, education, and medical fields.
objectives
This study aimed to
1. Explore the relationship between transformational leadership and leadership effectiveness in the education field
2. Explore the relationship between transformational leadership and leadership effectiveness in the medical field
3. Explore the relationship between transformational leadership and leadership effectiveness in the enterprise field
Inethods
This research method adopts a systematic review, and systematically reviews the literature on the relationship between transformational leadership and leadership effectiveness in the study of leadership theory between China and the West as of December 2020, using Pubmed, Cliniclkey, Cliniclkey Nursing, Nursing Reference Center , CEPS and other 18 databases to search for relevant literature in published Chinese and English literature from 2005/1/1 to 2020/12/31.



Results
The relationship between transformational leadership and leadership effectiveness after evaluation for articles that meet the criteria for inclusion and exclusion: a systematic review. The relationship between transformational leadership and leadership effectiveness in the education field showed a significant positive correlation, with the ccorrelation coefficient r value ranging from 0.56-0.86, P<0.01. The relationship between transformational leadership and leadership effectiveness in the medical field. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation with the correlation coefficient r value ranging from 0.64-0.98, P<0.01. The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between transformational leadership in the enterprise field and leadership effectiveness, with the correlation coefficient r value ranging from 0.44-0.93, P<0.01. The comprehensive effect scales were 0.547 (95% CI: 0.436~0.641), 0.873 (95% CI: 0.595~0.965), 0.716 (95% CI: 0.538-0.833).
conclusion and suggestion
This study clarifies the relationship between transformational leadership and leadership effectiveness in education, medical field, and enterprise respectively. Based on the above findings, it is found that the analysis of the relationship between transformational leadership in education, medical field, enterprise, and leadership effectiveness is significantly positively correlated. Verify that the past research results on transformational leadership and leadership effectiveness are inconsistent. It is expected that the results of this study can provide references for future researchers.
