近距離無線通訊(NFC)整合了電子錢包、智慧卡以及點對點傳輸等多元化功能應用,在全球各國的應用市場上已經逐漸掀起一股趨勢;NFC除了本身已具備多元化智慧感應功能外,亦已結合電信業者提供的服務內容,可大幅增加使用效率和應用服務。故本研究以金門地區曾經使用過NFC應用的民眾為對象,以科技接受模式理論(TAM)為基礎,輔以理性行為模式(TRA)及計畫行為理論(TPB),歸納出信任、知覺有用性、知覺易用性、知覺便利性、關鍵多數、知覺風險、行為態度及使用意向等多項相關因素,探討影響NFC使用意向之關聯分析。
本研究範圍設定金門地區一般民眾為樣本,經330份有效問卷統計分析得到本研究所提出之16項假說中有13項支持,不支持的3項假說對於NFC的易用性和關鍵多數相關程度,並不會影響到行為態度及使用意向。根據研究結果得到下列兩點結論:1.如果人們覺得使用NFC是高成本的,則使用NFC的意願就會降低,反之如果使用網路品質是好的而且這個產品具備上述影響特徵時,這些變數會讓人們願意付出更高的成本來使用這個產品。2.知覺使用NFC應用會有一定程度的風險係數存在時,若NFC在安全性獲得使用者的肯定,消費者對NFC的行為態度具有正面使用意願。

Nowadays, Near-field wireless communication (NFC) has integrated diversified functional applications such as electronic wallet, smart card and point-to-point transmission, It has been a trend in the application markets of countries around the world. In addition to its diverse smart sensor functions, NFC has also combined with the service content provided by telecom operators. Which can greatly increase the use efficiency and application services. Based on the theory of Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), combined with TRA and TPB, this study summarized trust, perceived usefulness, perceived usability, perceived convenience, key variables, perceived risk, behavioral attitude and intention to use and other related factors, and analyzed the impact of NFC Association analysis of intention to use. The scope of this study is based on the sample of Kinmen people. After 330 valid questionnaires were statistically analyzed, 13 of the 16 hypotheses proposed by the Institute were supported. The three unsupported hypotheses are related to NFC’s ease of use and critical majority, and will not affect NFC’s behavior attitude and usage intention.According to the research results, the following two conclusions are obtained: 1. If people considering that using NFC is costly, their willingness to use NFC will be reduced, otherwise if the quality of the network is good and the product has the above-mentioned impact characteristics, these variables will make people willing Pay a higher cost to use this product. 2. When there is a certain degree of risk factor in using NFC applications, and if users are recognized that NFC is safe, consumers will have a positive willingness to use NFC’s behavior attitude.
