本研究主要目的在評估正念減壓對情緒幸福感、憂鬱、與正念之效益。研究以108年7月1日至7月5日參加正念減壓團體課程,12位學員為研究樣本,研究工具採用「台灣主觀幸福感量表」之分量表「情緒幸福感量表」、「台灣憂鬱症量表」、「止觀覺察注意量表」等三種量表為評估工具,分別進行前測、後測及開放式問卷及深度訪談,以延續並檢視成效,統計方法包含:描述統計、成對樣本t檢定等進行分析。
本研究結果顯示,正念減壓課程前、後之分析,在提升情緒幸福感、降低憂鬱情緒及正念覺察效益上均達顯著水準;在二個月、四個月後的追蹤訪談,受訪樣本在持續練習及與課程學員互動下,對生活型態及適應上,呈現「有改變」、「有幫助」之正向傾向;在想法及情緒的改變上,呈現「可以較輕鬆的掌握情緒」傾向及「不苛責自己」狀態。

The main purpose of this study was to evaluate the impact of of mindfulness-based stress reduction on emotional well-being, depression, and mindfulness. The study was conducted from 2019 July 1st to July 5th in a mindfulness decompression group course. Twelve students were used as research samples. The research tools used the "subjective happiness scale", "Taiwan depression mood scale", and "mindfulness perception scale". The three scales are evaluation tools. They are used to conduct pre-test, post-test and open-ended questionnaires and in-depth interviews to continue and review the results. Statistical methods include: descriptive statistics, paired sample t-test analysis, etc.
The results of this study show that the analysis before and after the mindfulness decompression course has reached a significant level in improving emotional well-being, reducing depression, and the benefits of mindfulness awareness; in follow-up interviews two or four months later, interviewed samples With continuous practice and interaction with the course participants, they show a positive tendency of "changing" and "helpfulness" in life style and adaptation. In terms of changes in thoughts and emotions, they can present "easier grasp of emotions" Tendency and "not blame yourself" status.
