ERP「企業資源規劃」(enterprise resource planning) 系統是會計導向的資訊系統，可以整合企業內部跨部門的流程。會計／財務亦是企業經營之命脈所在。小型企業在營業稅的申報部分，大多委託會計師事務所協助處理，以產生財務報表（資產負債表與損益表）和401 / 403 / 404 申報書，並進行申報。有鑑於小型企業在建置ERP 「企業資源規劃」系統時的成本考量，本研究採用開源 Odoo ERP 「企業資源規劃」系統建立E化平台，並提出一個適用於小型企業的在於有效產出財務報表與營業稅申報的解答方案，其中包括了在地化的「中小企業會計準則」模組的設計與產出離線營業稅申報時所需的媒體檔。實作結果顯示，小型企業可以透過此解答方案掌握企業的經營資訊，並產出所需的媒體檔案進行營業稅申報。本研究的結果可提供小型企業使用E化系統進行營運管理時的參考。

An enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is an accounting- oriented information and it can integrate many internal business processes of across departments for an enterprise. Also Accounting and Finance are critical lifeblood for an enterprise. Many small-scale enterprises are outsourcing a business tax application for a firm of accountant, which create Financial Statements (Balance sheet and Income statement) and Business Tax Return (401). According to the burdened cost of constructing an ERP system, this study used an open source Odoo ERP system and presented a proposed solution for generating Financial Statements and a media business tax application, including the design of localized Enterprise Accounting Standard module and the media file of an off-line business tax application. Implementation results shown that a small-scale enterprise can efficiently control the management information and create the a media business tax application by using the proposed solution.
