Service industry has become the main economic activities and the main source of employment creation. Taiwan has always invested less in service research and development, large companies also do not have an internationally competitive entrepreneurial leadership and service system environment to cultivate outstanding talents. Therefore, to improve the competitiveness and innovation ability of Taiwan's service industry is an important issue at this stage.
This research put out 500 questionnaires, received 209 pieces and the number of valid return was 146. The sample of this study was the public listed or over the counter in TWSE. SPSS was used to analyze the influence of knowledge process capability between organizational performance and innovation performance and the moderating roles of open innovation on its performance.
According to the result, knowledge application is positively related to its subjective, objective performance and innovation performance. Open innovation positively moderates the relationship between objective performance and innovation performance. The following suggestions are to effectively strengthen knowledge application to improve organizational performance and innovative performance, and to add open innovation to improve the relationship knowledge process capability and organizational performance and innovation performance. The following suggestions for the follow-up research, adding the measurement dimension to carry out qualitative research and expanding the research object to consider the characteristics of the financial industry.
