This study will use the relationship between the strategy of geographical diversification and the performance of born globals to verify the diverse background, internationalization experience and whether the industry experience has an adjustment effect in it. Born globals are often limited to smaller sizes and fewer physical resources in their early days and before entering multiple countries. Thanks to technological progress and the flow and opening up of global markets, companies' access to international markets has greatly increased, but the challenges and burdens that need to be overcome will follow if they are to reach a wide range of international markets on a large scale. Geographical diversification strategy is considered to be a strategy in which the born globals can actively and maximize the use of market opportunities, explore and analyze different regions, and then learn the form of performance growth between regions, and finally achieve the result of maximizing the use of resources.
In addition to discussing the impact of geographical diversification strategy on born globals, this study will also focus on the human capital and social capital of born globals, these two intangible assets for born globals, not only help to deal with diverse and complex international information, but also strengthen to correct decision-making. Relying on the more flexible and efficient management ability and overseas experience of the founder or senior manager team is undoubtedly helpful and conducive to the growth of the enterprise, otherwise it will be difficult for the enterprise to support the international development. Based on the new enterprises in Taiwan's 59 electronic information industry, using relevant analysis, regression analysis and other methods, we learned that the geographical diversification strategy has a significant positive impact on the overseas performance of born globals, in addition, the human capital and social capital of the top manager team have a positive role in regulating the geographical diversification strategy. This result represents the ability of born globals to appoint top manager team with international experience, industry experience and diverse backgrounds in the implementation of their geographical diversification strategies, helping to improve their overseas performance and growth, and creating better performance.
