從 2009 年至今台灣發生了多起的「無差別殺人事件」，而媒體在報導事件的同 時也間接污名化了精神障礙者，讓社會大眾在在發生社會重大事件後，將兇嫌聯想為 精神障礙者所為，造成污名化。而電視劇《我們與惡的距離》中所探討的社會議題其 中之一是精神障礙者的污名化，因此，本研究主要將主要挑出劇中有關於患有思覺失 調症的「應思聰」故事主線作為本研究對象，探討其敘事結構及其所呈現的衝突點， 嘗試解讀其再現意義及價值觀，同時也關注劇中在再現思覺失調症者(精障者)與家 屬在劇中處境及形象當中是否也呈現出負面的刻板印象，另外，也關注運用何種的情 節設計來為精障者去污名化的。
本研究採用質化的文本分析透過蒐集相關議題的文本(其包含文章及影像部 分)，分析其中文本之間的脈絡及其關聯性，同時採用深度訪談法，訪談相關專業人 士對於思覺失調症者(精障者)的形象詮釋以及對於劇中在「精神障礙」議題真實的 案例對照，補足本研究對思覺失調症者(精障者)的形象詮釋的客觀性及專業性。
研究結果在思覺失調症者(精障者)處境和形象再現中成了兩個不同面向的對 比，在描繪思覺失調症者(精障者)的處境時，運用較多的隱喻來表達社會對思覺失 調症者(精障者)的不友善;相反的，在思覺失調症者(精障者)形象建構確實屬於 負面形象。雖然《與惡》有將「去污名化」隱含於媒體議題之中，同時把思覺失調症 者(精障者)所處的社會處境再現於劇中，提供閱聽人去進行反思，但後者對於思覺 失調症者(精障者)的形象再現又有多少的觀眾會被影響，這還是一個未知數。
精障者的污名化應該是社會大眾要重視的社會議題，至於社會與媒體在處理精 神疾病障礙相關報導與訊息傳播上，藉由本研究提醒媒體業者在重現或者再製相關的 議題報導或戲劇應該要忽略娛樂效果或戲劇或戲劇效果，避免放大精障者的負面形象， 以免加深大眾對精障者的負面刻板印象。

Since 2009, there have been many "indiscriminate killing incidents" in Taiwan, and the media indirectly stigmatized people with mental illness while reporting the incidents, allowing the general public to associate the murder as a spirit after a major social incident. The actions of the mental illness cause stigmatization. The TV series "The World Between Us" had discussed had discussed stigma of people with mental illness. Therefore, this study will mainly pick out the "Ying Si Cong" who plays the role of people with Schizophrenia. As the object of this study, the main storyline explores its narrative structure and the conflicts it presents, attempts to interpret its meaning and values of representation and also pays attention to whether the situation and image of the mental illness and their families are also representation in the play, and also focus on what kind of plot design is used to remove stigma from the mental illness.
This study uses qualitative text analysis to collect related text and analysis the context and correlation between the texts, and use in-depth interviews to interview relevant specialist psychiatrist. The interpretation of the image and situation of the person and the comparison of the real cases of "mental illness" in the play complement the objectivity and professionalism of the study's situation and image interpretation of the mentally mental illness.
The research results become a contrast of two different aspects in the situation of representation of the mental illness and the image. When inserting the situation of the mental illness, the metaphor of change is used to express the social unfriendliness of the mental illness; on the contrary, in the script it puts the social situation of the mental illness in a very realistic way, providing readers to reflect. But in addition, how many people will be affected by the representation of the image of the mental illness. This is still an unknown. It is recommended that the future research in this direction.
