本研究是一篇在於探討從小受家庭暴力長大的青少年，在其生命歷程中父母關係、師長同儕、手足伴侶、友人關係等造成他成年後的療癒自我轉變的影響。了解在兒少時期經驗家庭暴力者，自我療癒的過程並與其生長環境的互動情況，探討自我療癒是如何被啟動且發揮積極效果。
本研究主要以質性研究的敘事研究取向進行研究，透過研究者本身的人際網絡，選取三位符合條件之兒少時期經驗遭受家庭暴力者為研究對象，以半結構式的訪談大綱，進行深度訪談，將訪談資料轉寫為逐字稿後，透過分析研究參與者的生命故事敘寫與研究者本身的目睹家暴經驗，相互對照之下，以完成本研究相關問題分析。
研究結果分述如下：
1. 受家暴的青少年自我療癒歷程中，其主體經驗及生命故事內涵多元豐富，異中有同，從家庭暴力形式與其在心理、行為方面，對於個體長期深遠影響。
2. 克服家暴經驗的負向影響，個體內在重要的關鍵轉變：個體內在的安定、自覺和正念，是克服原生家暴經驗負向影響扮演重要關鍵角色，其行為結果會改善他人對待個體的方式，造成正向循環，單看個體是否能夠察覺並應用它。
3. 在生命中出現的重要他人是受暴者自我療癒成功的重要關鍵：當受家暴者擁有自省、自覺、頓悟的特質，以及自我改變的勇氣時，加上重要他人的陪伴，能夠使受家暴者在自我療癒歷程中較為順遂。
最後期許有類似經驗的人，能透過本研究所提到相關自我療癒的歷程故事，走出家暴的陰霾，開啟一個嶄新的人生。

This study is to explore the influences of adolescents who grew up in domestic violence during their life. These influences include parental relationship, teachers, peers, sibling, and friends. This study is to examine how domestic violence experience self-healing and the process of the activate self-healing.
This study mainly used narrative study.. Through the researcher’s own interpersonal network, three research participants who had experienced family violence during childhood or adolescence were chosen as the study objects. Qualitative method with the semi-structured deep interview is used . The three participants and researcher's own domestic violence experience were provided and analyzed in this study.
The results of the study are as follows:
a. In the process of self-healing of adolescents suffering from domestic violence, three participants’ main experience and life story are rich in diversity. In the same way, this study has long-term and profound effects on individuals.
b. The study suggested that to overcome the negative impact of domestic violence experience, the inherent stability, awareness of the individual and mindfulness play an important role. The behavioral outcomes will improve the way that others treat individuals, and finally the outcomes can result in a positive cycle.
c. When domestic violence owned self-examination, awareness of the individual, sudden enlightenment, and the courage of self-change, these processes can make the domestic violence be well in the process of self-healing.
In the end, after reading this study, the researcher has a wish for those who have violence experiences can have self-healing courage and have a whole new life.
