本研究的目的是調查蒙古的關鍵發展指標和衛生保健服務品質管理的結果之間的
關係。研究資料是採用蒙古政府的統計數據，採用了2012 年至2018 年的數據資料。本
研究使用來分析研究資料的的統計方法，包括Pearson 積差相關和多元迴歸分析方法。
研究結果發現蒙古的人均衛生支出、住院病人數、公共設施利用率，以及從社會保險基
金領取養老金的退休金人數的關鍵發展指標與其衛生保健服務品質管理的結果之間存
在相關性。此外，關鍵發展指標中的每位護士人數和住院病人數兩項指標會影響衛生保
健服務品質管理的結果。本研究呈現出與蒙古的衛生保健服務管理質量的結果有關的關
鍵發展重要指標。研究結果為蒙古進一步改善醫療體系的政策實施提供了重要的參考。

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between the key development
indicators and the result of quality of health care service management in Mongolia. The
research data from 2012 to 2018 were employed from the statistics of government in
Mongolia. The statistical methods for data analysis were used including the
Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis. Results show that there
is a relationship between the key development indicators including the per capita health
expenditure, number of patients hospitalized, public facility utilization, and number of
pensionaries who receipt pensions from the social insurance fund and the result of quality of
health care service management. Moreover, the key development indicators related to the
result of quality of health care service management, including are the number of persons per
nurse and number of patients hospitalized that impacts the result of quality of health care
service management. This paper highlighted the important indicators for key development
that related the results of quality of health care service management in Mongolia. The results
shed light on the policy implementation of improving health care system in the further for
Mongolia.
