臺灣博碩士論文加值系統

椪柑產業經營者必須能瞭解並掌握市場供需的變動，取得即時、正確且有用之資訊，才能因應市場環境之無常變化，進而調整其經營策略；配合政府外銷策略調節國內供需，瞭解他國對臺灣椪柑的需求狀況，藉此調整農民產期，滿足外銷國際之產量需求又能調節國內市場供需，以穩定椪柑市場健全體制發展，此為本研究主要動機。本研究旨在分析國內外椪柑產業發展歷史與現況、國內椪柑產銷市場與國外出口市場，並評估臺灣椪柑的國際競爭力，進而探討影響出口至不同國家之產量與產值相關因素。本研究顯示各國國民所得毛額及消費者物價指數與台灣椪柑出口值、出口量呈現正相關；而各國華人比例亦是與正相關。在邊際效應研究結果中得知，在與不同國家的出口關係上，香港及加拿大出口值及出口量顯著較高；且臺灣透過香港轉口貿易至中國市場，香港為臺灣重要的出口地，中國及日本亦是臺灣椪柑出口不可忽視的國家，與中國的貿易往來受政府政策影響是較深的，而日本則對臺灣的農產品需求仍有較高的倚賴性；臺灣與加拿大的貿易受到近年加拿大政府積極發展新貿易政策影響，而臺灣與馬來西亞的貿易受到政府新南向政策影響，臺灣對此兩國的出口值與出口量均有增加現象。本研究之分析結果與結論，對於政府相關單位提出相關建議，作為後續經營管理改善及研究之參考：一、政府對於國際市場的實際狀況應充分掌握，以利提供農民正確的產銷資訊。二、政府相關單位積極協助農民擴展加拿大市場，以增加農民銷售管道及收益。三、政府應落實新南向政策，讓臺灣椪柑出口馬來西亞、汶萊更為穩健，並藉此拓展越南、菲律賓、印尼等國家，以幫助農民增加銷售收益。

Operators of the mandarin orange industry must be able to understand and grasp the changes in market supply and demand so that they can obtain real-time, correct and useful information to adjust their business strategies in response to the changing circumstances. It is essential to follow the government''s export strategy to adjust supply and understand the demand from other countries. The farmers need to adjust the production period in order to stabilize the mandarin orange market. This study aims to analyze the development history and current situation of domestic and international mandarin orange industries, including production and markets, to evaluate the competitiveness, and to explore the factors that affect the exports. This study shows that Gross national income and consumer price index are positively correlated with export value and export volume. The proportion of Chinese people of the country also has positive correlation in this study. According to the results of the study on marginal effects, the export value and export volume will also significantly increase when Hong Kong and Canada are included. Moreover, Hong Kong is an important exporting areas considering Taiwan trades to the Chinese market through Hong Kong and to other countries. China and Japan are also countries that cannot be ignored in Taiwan’s mandarin orange exports. Trading with China is deeply affected by government policies, while Japan still has a high dependence on Taiwan’s agricultural demand. The trade between Taiwan and Canada has been affected by the Canadian government’s active development of new trade policies in recent years. Taiwan’s trade with Malaysia is affected by the government’s new southbound policy. Taiwan’s exports to these two countries have both increased in value and volume. The analysis results put forward suggestions for relevant government units as a reference for subsequent management: 1) the government should fully grasp the actual situation of the international market in order to provide accurate production and marketing information; 2) government-related units should actively assist farmers in expanding the Canadian market in order to increase farmers'' sales channels and income; 3) the government should implement a new southbound policy to make Taiwan''s mandarin orange exports to Malaysia and Brunei more stable, and to expand Vietnam, the Philippines, Indonesia and other countries to help farmers increase sales revenue.
