Goods distribution management plays an extremely important role in logistics industry especially for those big scale companies or organizations. It has been a very challenging issue to effectively trace whereabouts of the goods in real time. In order to enhance the efficiency of delivery, the logistics players thus have to recruit more staff and invest more on equipment so as to deal with the mass quantity of to be delivered goods. Problems facing the logistics players are inventory check and dispatch can only be performed internally through sufficient manpower yet not externally with the fact that only one or two persons are available to remote control multi-destination delivery. It is common seen that the logistics industry primarily uses barcoding in elevating the efficiency, however, it can only in part consume the workload being unable to have a full control of the delivery status of the goods. In reality, the industry heavily relies on manual work in cutting down the error-occurrence ratio based on the man-made judgement the staff accumulated from prior experience. In this paper, a module with combination of RFID, GPS and WiFi, along with the recording and management functions of database server has been created. We are thus able to have a full knowledge of the designated timing, destination of which category of goods is to be dispatched via the module. It is expected to reach the goals of better logistics management as well as real-time automatic inspection in line with the pre-set courses upon cross-check.
