目的:探討靜態伸展與震動滾筒介入對女性銀髮族功能性體適能檢測之立即性影響。方法:共招募15位女性銀髮族 (年齡70.3 ± 3.86歲、身高156 ± 6.3公分、體重58.33 ± 11.62公斤),以隨機方式進行,1. 靜態伸展 (靜態伸展30秒x 2回合 + 10分鐘靜坐休息) 及2. 靜態伸展合併震動滾筒 (1回合60秒,頻率48Hz 且滾動速度為每分鐘30下),兩種熱身介入需間隔5日。熱身前及後各需進行生理反應 (血壓及心跳率) 及功能性體適能檢測,包含:30秒肱二頭肌屈舉、30秒椅子坐立、抓背、椅子坐姿體前彎、開眼單足站立、2分鐘抬膝及2.44公尺椅子繞物。結果:收縮壓:震動滾筒組後測 (140.20 ± 21.59毫米汞柱) 顯著高於前測 (131.00 ± 18.11毫米汞柱) ,p < 0.05。舒張壓及心跳率兩組間無顯著差異 (p > 0.05)。2分鐘抬膝:震動滾筒組後測 (84.27 ± 27.30次) 顯著優於前測 (77.20 ± 22.93次) 及顯著優於伸展組 (77.73 ± 25.26次),p < 0.05。開眼單足站立:伸展組後測 (16.09 ± 12.64秒) 顯著高於前測 (15.57 ± 12.81秒) 及優於震動滾筒組 (13.45 ± 12.26秒)、震動滾筒組後測 (13.45 ± 12.26秒) 顯著低於前測 (15.74 ± 12.74秒),p < 0.05。30秒肱二頭肌屈舉及椅子坐立:震動滾筒組後測 (23.00 ± 9.83、30.00 ± 6.74次) 顯著優於前測 (19.87 ± 7.44、26.73 ± 6.60次),p < 0.05。抓背及椅子坐姿體前彎:震動滾筒組後測 (0.41 ± 6.22、6.37 ± 4.24公分) 顯著優於前測 (-0.79 ± 6.58、5.18 ± 4.89公分),p < 0.05。2.44公尺椅子繞物:兩組無顯著差異 (p > 0.05)。結論:靜態伸展合併震動滾筒熱身對女性銀髮族確實可以有效提升功能性體適能之上肢及下肢肌力、上肢及下肢柔軟度及心肺功能,但對靜態平衡能力可能有負面影響。
Purpose: The aim of this study was to investigate the acute effects of static stretching and vibration foam roller on functional fitness in elderly women. Method: Fifteen elderly women (age: 70.3 ± 3.86 yrs; height: 156 ± 6.3 cm; weight: 58.33 ± 11.62 kg) completed the following protocols in a randomized order on separate 5 days: 1. static stretching (two times for 30 seconds and 10 min rest, SS) and 2. vibration foam rolling (48Hz, one times for 60 seconds, at a rate of 30 times per min, VFR). Physiological and functional fitness tests were measured before and after two groups. Including: 30s arm curl, 30s chair stand, back scratch, chair sit and reach, single leg stance, 2-minute step and 2.44 m up and go. Result: Compared with pre test, participants showed significant increase in systolic blood pressure (pre: 131.00 ± 18.11; post: 140.20 ± 21.59 mmHg), 2-minute step (pre: 77.20 ± 22.93; post: 84.27 ± 27.30 times), 30s arm curl (pre: 19.87 ± 7.44; post: 23.00 ± 9.83 times), 30s chair stand (pre: 26.73 ± 6.60; post: 30.00 ± 6.74 times), back scratch (pre: -0.79 ± 6.58; post: 0.41 ± 6.22 cm), chair sit and reach (pre: 5.18 ± 4.89; post: 6.37 ± 4.24 cm) after VFR, respectively (all p < 0.05). 2-minute step for VFR was significantly greater than SS. The single leg stance test for SS significantly increase (pre: 15.57 ± 12.81; post: 16.09 ± 12.64 s) and greater than VFR (pre: 15.74 ± 12.74; post: 13.45 ± 12.26 s, p < 0.05). However, no significant difference in diastolic blood pressure, heart rate, and 2.44 m up and go between two groups (p > 0.05). Conclusion: Static stretching combined with vibrating roller warm-up can improve functional fitness of upper and lower extremity muscle strength, upper and lower extremities flexibility and cardiorespiratory function for elderly women, but it may have a negative impact on static balance.
