The service design of building performance is intended to present the functions of the building in a service-oriented manner, so that the hardware functions of the building, such as construction equipment, can appear in the building in a new form. Make the building functions more flexible with a service approach, improve the efficiency of building functions with a unitized approach, and make the overall building maintenance management easier. The entire design roughly revolves around this transport system plus an underground performance service floor. This design can separate space, structure and functional equipment, and there is no longer a problem of conflicting hardware. It also reflects the circular design issues and the concept of sharing in modern times. In addition, the design is also based on many new technologies and technologies such as underground logistics infrastructure and Internet of Things technologies. Overall it is a forward-looking conceptual design based on many contemporary architectural issues.
