Teaching is the action of rationality and romance, and the results can’t be predicted. Also, teaching and learning are supplemented by each other, involving all different kinds of knowledge. In the current fast changing of social formation, diet education should exist in lives. The teaching goals and content are regulated by curriculum guidelines; however, it lacks a standardized curriculum arrangement. Writing instruction, has more indispensable learning content in Chinese field. Therefore, the research integrates diet education with writing instruction by implementing interdisciplinary instruction, and it is constructed in accordance with the Curriculum Guidelines of 12-Year Basic Education, setting the topics of diet education into five topics: diet cognition, diet concept, diet attitude, diet safety, and diet reflection.
