「復元」的概念由精神障礙者提出，主張精神障礙者應與一般大眾有同等的自主權，此概念已經是許多歐美國家執行心理衛生服務的重要理念，然而目前台灣的復元導向服務執行現況並不廣為人知。本研究目的為了解目前台灣社區精神復健機構執行復元導向服務之經驗，包含專業人員對復元概念的看法，以及如何推動服務、面臨的困難及解決之道。本研究以半結構式的個別訪談，深入了解14位分別來自台灣五間具復元導向實務經驗之標竿社區精神復健機構的專業人員執行服務之經驗，並以主題分析法歸納出相關主題。
研究結果顯示，專業人員對復元的概念多有正向的理解，執行復元導向服務則運用了復元的基本原則，包含鼓勵自決、優勢觀點、同儕支持等，也展現專業人員與精障者的合作關係。執行服務面臨的困難包含相關政策與制度沒有支持復元、專業人員相關知識與技能不足、精障者被動或缺乏信心、精障者家屬不配合以及社會大眾對精障者的汙名化等。未來的相關政策、專業人員教育制度都須有所調整，並加強精障者、精障者家屬與社會大眾的教育，以促進精障者復元以及服務的推動。
本研究結果可供精神醫療專業人員臨床實務、醫學教育以及未來精神醫療相關政策的參考，以促進台灣復元導向服務的實踐。

The current implementation of recovery-oriented services in Taiwan is not popular and related research is limited. We conducted individual in-depth interviews with 14 professionals to understand their experiences and thoughts in implementing recovery-oriented services. Thematic analysis was used to extract appropriate themes.
Our study found that professionals implemented recovery-oriented services with the basic principles of recovery. The difficulties in implementing recovery-oriented services involved several aspects, including policies, professionals, people with mental illness, family members, and the general public. In the future, relevant policies and professional education systems must be adjusted, and education for people with mental illness, their family members and the general public should be strengthened to support the recovery of people with mental illness and improve services effectively.
