在中小學國際教育白皮書所涵蓋的中小學階段中，高級中等教育是義務教育過渡到高等教育的重要轉銜階段。技術型高級中等學校之國際教育推動以中小學國際教育白皮書為圭臬，進行方式涵蓋許多面向，包括課程與教學、教師專業成長，國際交流等。在國際交流部分，則更有交換學生、海外視訊及外國人至學校分享等，甚至還有高中職校才有的國際教育旅行。
在國際教育旅行或交換學生論文之研究為數不少，在該所學校技藝競賽項目有烘培、中餐烹調、程式設計及美容美髮設計金手獎的選手，使得研究者想要瞭解參與國際技能競賽之選手對於國際教育的表現，此乃本研究動機之一。這些相關的國際教育規劃是否有符合這些參與國際技能競賽選手的想法與他們的期待這些選手透過國際交流的過程是否有遭遇到挫折與困難？他們在此方面的跨文化學習成效的程度？為本研究動機之二。
本研究希望透過兩階段的方式來蒐集資料，第一階段的焦點團體訪談與第二階段的個別訪談，得到深度訪談之內容、真實意見與看法。依據第一階段透過相關之參考文獻所擬定的訪談大綱初稿進行焦點團體訪談後，得到正式訪談大綱；第二階段進行個別晤談，以第一階段初稿得到的正式訪談大綱，完成研究對象的深度訪談。
依據本研究，將研究發現歸納成以下的結論，選手在國際交流意願與態度的瞭解，選手的個人因素使得接觸國外環境的差異，與外國選手心心相惜彼此尊重。以欣賞不同文化的觀點，接受感受異文化的特質，形成文化調適。出國前對外國選手的認識，出國時互動了解。彼此相互接觸認識，進而拉近彼此的文化距離。調整雙方的步調，逐漸獲得對方更多的訊息。選手對提升跨文化交流知識與理解之看法，察覺選手們從國家之間的差異，藉由出國前的資訊了解，至競賽時實際接觸外國選手。選手們觀點的轉化，提升跨文化能力。台灣與外國選手分享在的文化，而外國與國內選手提出各自看法。在跨文化交流過程中發揮技能與應用，無論是語言或非語言的關係聯繫，讓選手之間建立跨文化溝通。最後可以將國家之間交流機會，形成跨文化經驗分享，推動國際教育的參考。跨文化交流的經驗，成為未來參與國際競賽的選手，培養與外國選手溝通的能力。競賽的過程，表現出台灣的應有國際禮儀，爭取最佳的國際形象。觀察外國選手的文化特質，尋求建立最好的國際合作機會。
根據本研究的結果，分別針對相關行政機關、培訓機構、學校及未來投入相關研究者提出建議，期能裨益跨文化交流的發展。

Among the primary and secondary schools covered by the International Education White Paper on Primary and Secondary Schools, senior secondary education is an important transition stage from compulsory education to higher education. The promotion of international education in technical high schools is based on the white paper on international education in primary and secondary schools. The way of implementation covers many aspects, including courses and teaching, professional development of teachers, and international exchanges. In the international exchange section, there are also exchange students, overseas videos, and sharing of foreigners to schools, and even international education trips only available in technical high schools.
There are many studies on international educational travel or exchange of student papers. In the school's technical competition projects, there are baking, Chinese cuisine, programming and beauty salon design gold hand awards, which makes researchers want to know about participating in worldskills competition One of the motivations of this research is the performance of the competitors in international education. Do these relevant international education plans meet the thoughts and expectations of these players participating in worldskills competition? Do these players encounter setbacks and difficulties through international exchanges? How effective are their cross-cultural learning in this area? This is the second motivation for this research.
This research hopes to collect data through a two-stage approach. The focus group interviews in the first stage and the individual interviews in the second stage will obtain the content, real opinions and opinions of the in-depth interviews. After conducting focus group interviews based on the first draft prepared by the relevant references in the first stage, the formal interview outline is obtained; in the second stage, individual interviews are conducted, and the in-depth interviews with the research objects are completed with the formal interview outline obtained in the first draft of the first stage.
The understanding of the players' willingness and attitude in international exchanges, the personal factors of the players make contact with the differences in the foreign environment, and the foreign players care for each other with respect. To appreciate the perspective of different cultures, accept the characteristics of experiencing different cultures, and form cultural adjustments. Know foreign players before going abroad, and interact with each other when going abroad. Get in touch with each other and get closer to the cultural distance. Adjust the pace of both parties and gradually gain more information from each other.Players' views on improving cross-cultural exchange of knowledge and understanding, aware of the differences between players from countries, through the information before going abroad, to actually contact foreign players during the competition. The transformation of players' viewpoints enhances cross-cultural competence. Taiwan and foreign players share the current culture, while foreign and domestic players offer their own views.Exert skills and applications in the cross-cultural exchange, whether it is a linguistic or non-verbal relationship, to allow players to establish cross-cultural communication. Finally, it is possible to exchange opportunities between countries, form cross-cultural experience sharing, and promote international education. The experience of cross-cultural exchanges will become the future participants in international competitions, and cultivate the ability to communicate with worldskills competition players. The course of the competition showed that Taiwan should have international etiquette and strive for the best international image. Observe the cultural characteristics of foreign players and seek to establish the best opportunities for international cooperation.
Based on the results of this study, suggestions are made for relevant administrative agencies, training institutions, schools, and relevant researchers investing in the future, which can benefit the development of cross-cultural exchanges.
