Purpose: To investigate the effect of exercise applied interaction in hypoxia-normoxia environment on anaerobic metabolism efficiency and circulation stress. Method: The subjects would be 6-8 healthy adults (31.3±4 yrs, 173±32 cm, 69.5±5.6 kg). The test content is divided into exercise intensity index (Aerobic-Anaerobic Threshold) and exercise applied interaction in hypoxia (O2-13%)-normoxia (O2-21%) environment. The exercise test was performed in a continuous (4 mmol/l) for 15 min, and intervals of exercise was 60 second (6 mmol/l), ranging from 2 sets of 3 times 60 second (2x3x60 s).The interval exercise would be 2x3x60 s, and the intensity would be 6 mmol/l (Watt). The biological parameter includes Lactate (La), Herat Rate (HR) and Ammonia (NH3), which would be collected and recorded during exercise and recovery. The study procedure and interval days would be 5 days. The differences data of two days training collected would be used paired sample t test to analyze. Result: Effects of two days hypoxia-normoxia training on cycling athletes' muscle anaerobic metabolism was no significant differences (p>0.05). Effects of two days hypoxia-normoxia training on cycling athletes' heart rate on anaerobic load was no significant differences (p>0.05). Aerobic Threshold (2 mmol/l) in hypoxia and normoxia environment was not correlated (r2 = 0.1). Anaerobic Threshold heart rate in in hypoxia and normoxia environment was correlated (r2 = 0.9, p<0.05). Conclusion: The results showed that during two days continuous training stimulation, lactate was decreased. This physiological response showed the muscle anaerobic metabolic mechanism have been improved. Therefore, athlete's threshold endurance ability should be enhanced and applied hypoxia training, which can quickly improve the cell's hypoxia regulation mechanism.
