目的: 本研究主要探討短期補充高劑量白藜蘆醇,在肌肉損傷模式下,對肌肉損傷、肌肉疲勞狀態和運動表現之影響。方法: 將受試者依照下蹲跳高度平衡分成安慰劑組 (Placebo) 及高劑量組 (RES-1000) 兩組。連續補充一週後,以離心收縮模式進行運動引起肌肉損傷試驗,再針對肌肉損傷運動後的運動表現、肌肉疲勞狀態及血液生化指標進行分析。結果: 運動表現上 Placebo 及RES-1000 相比未達顯著性的提升,但 1000mg 的劑量能較快地達到運動表現的恢復效果。肌肉疲勞狀態部分,股外側肌 72 小時的肌肉張力、股內側肌 72 小時肌肉彈性和股二頭肌 2 小時肌肉彈性組間比較結果發現,有顯著性的保護和恢復效果。肌肉損傷的血液生化指標Placebo 及RES-1000 組間比較發現,在肌酸激酶運動損傷後 24 小時和 48 小時,以及乳酸脫氫酶運動損傷後 24 小時,補充組能顯著降低肌酸激酶和乳酸脫氫酶活性。結論: 本研究結果證實,連續補充七天高劑量白藜蘆醇在肌肉損傷後,能降低肌肉損傷血液生化指標,並可改善肌肉疲勞狀態,以及增加運動表現恢復速度,對肌肉功能具有保護和恢復效果。
Objective: This study mainly explores the effect of short-term supplementation of high-dose resveratrol on muscle injury, muscle fatigue and exercise performance under the mode of muscle injury. Methods: The subjects were divided into a placebo group (Placebo) and a high-dose group (RES-1000) according to the countermovement jump height. After a week of continuous supplementation, the exercise-induced muscle injury test was performed in the eccentric contraction mode, and then the exercise performance, muscle fatigue state and blood biochemical indicators after the muscle injury exercise were analyzed. Results: In terms of sports performance, Placebo and RES-1000 have not achieved a significant improvement, but the 1000mg dose can quickly achieve the recovery effect of sports performance. In the muscle fatigue state, the 72-hours muscle tension of the lateral femoris muscle, the 72-hours muscle elasticity of the medial femoris muscle and the 2-hours muscle elasticity of the biceps femoris muscle were compared between the groups and found that there are significant protection and recovery effects. The comparison between Placebo and RES-1000, the blood biochemical index of muscle injury, found that the supplement group can significantly reduce creatine kinase at 24-hours and 48-hours and lactate dehydrogenase at 24-hours. Conclusion: The results of this study confirmed that the high-dose resveratrol supplementation for seven consecutive days after muscle injury can reduce the blood biochemical indicators of muscle injury, improve muscle fatigue, and increase the recovery speed of exercise performance, which has a protective and recovery effect.
