本研究根據理想脈衝響應估計演算法開發一套適用於立方衛星的閉迴路式脈衝蘭摩爾探針,開發此模組主要透過建立一套標準函式庫,並實際設計電路來實現理想脈衝演算法所需要的量測規格。

論文將提及脈衝式蘭摩爾探針的電路設計,包括電壓、電流量測電路及閉迴路電源電路設計等,同時將介紹電漿量測的原理,並實際驗證電路的規格及實用性,經實驗後發現開迴路量測到的誤差高達80%以上,經閉迴路改良後誤差可降低到10%以下。

本論文所使用的函式庫為MVNC實驗室共同開發的C4M Library,內文將詳述此函式庫之架構及其實際應用的場合與好處,並說明如何應用到閉迴路脈衝式蘭摩爾探針。
The purpose of the study was to development the closed-loop Langmuir Probe suitable for CubeSat based on the ideal impulse response estimation algorithm. Through implement a standard library and design a circuits to achieve the measurement specifications required for the ideal impulse response estimation algorithm simulation results.
This paper will mention the circuit design method including voltage and current measurement and power supply circuit. It will also introduce the principle of plasma measurement and actually verify the circuit specifications and practicality, After the experiment, it is found that the error measured by the open-loop circuit is more than 80%, and the error measured by the close-loop circuit is less than 10%.

The function library used in this paper is the C4M Library jointly developed by the MVNC laboratory. This article will introduce the structure of this library and its application occasions benefits, and how to apply it to the closed-loop pulsed Langmuir Probe.
