社會企業是近年來國際社會矚目的新興領域。社會企業以商業經營模式開發更多的勞動力市場、帶動地方經濟，進而解決社會問題。社會企業在結合商業經營模式與創造社會價值同時，企業經營績效得以維持良好方能達到永續經營的目標。
休閒農業是休閒觀光旅遊活動與農業主體生產的環境結合，是人們體驗大自然、親近大自然的休閒觀光產業。現今國人的休閒旅遊趨勢為享受自然、追求身心休養、野鄉體驗、結合人文並寓教於樂。由於休閒農場的人文與自然多樣性、服務項目多元化，如教育解說、景觀欣賞、活動體驗、餐飲服務，以及住宿服務等，是為更周全完整的農業服務化，也因此，國內以休閒農場發展最為蓬勃迅速。國人對於休閒的需求已不再是單純的消遣或娛樂，改轉往休閒農場、原生部落等，體驗在地文化、農村體驗、親近自然、回歸自然，是現今休閒旅遊的流行趨勢。本研究以F休閒農場為研究對象，進行社會企業、休閒農場，以及商業經營模式三構面的分析。透過文獻以及個案分析探討，思考如何運社會企業思維的經營模式，在經營農場同時能運用農場周邊多方資源，開發更多的勞動力市場、帶動地方經濟，進而解決社會問題。在創造社會價值同時，企業經營績效得以維持良好方能達到永續經營的目標。
本研究以質性研究方法，蒐集國內外共十五家休閒農場經營成功案例，透過歸納分析結果發現，休閒農場經營關鍵成功因素有十二項因素，再將此十二項成功因素交叉比對後提出以下建議給F農場作為將來設立農場的之商業營運模式參考：一、強調主題鮮明 二、重視善用地理位置與地方特色 三、集結市集提高多樣化產品 四、人員服務與運用當地資源提供DIY體驗 五、協助在地小農們增加商機提高收入 六、提供弱勢團體學習型就業機會 七、聯合政府、公益團體舉辦活動

Social enterprise is an emerging field that has attracted the attention of international society in recent years. Social enterprises with a good business model can not only provide availabilities for the labor market, but also stimulate the local economy and in turn solve social issues. By combining social enterprises with business models and creating social value, the performance of enterprises can be maintained to achieve the goal of sustainable operations.
Leisure agriculture is a combination of leisure sightseeing, activities and experiencing agricultural production. It is a leisure industry where people get to experience and get closer to nature. People nowadays tend to see enjoying nature as their leisure agriculture expectation. Immersion in nature is both physically and mentally therapeutic and making their experiences edutainment. Due to the local character and nature of the recreational ranch, it provides varied services; such as, educational commentary, sightseeing, activities, catering and accommodation services, etc. It is a more comprehensive leisure service. Therefore, domestic recreational ranches have developed the most rapidly in the leisure industry in the country. The demand for leisure is no longer a simple pastime or entertainment. The current trend is that people have turned to recreational ranches, native tribes, etc., for they want to experience local culture, rural life, get close to nature and be with nature. This study takes "F" recreational ranch as the research object – analyzing three aspects: social enterprises, recreational ranches and business models. Through literature review and case analysis, it builds up the thinking of management strategies for a recreational ranch as a social enterprise to figure out how to use the resources of the ranch to best develop more opportunities for labor markets, to stimulate the local economy, and ultimately to solve social issues. The performance of the enterprise can be maintained to achieve the goal of a sustainable operation by creating its social value.
In this study, a qualitative research method was used to collect data on a total of 15 successful domestic and foreign recreational ranches. I have used inductive analysis and found that there are twelve factors for the key success factors in recreational ranch management strategies. I have then composed a cross-comparison analysis of these twelve success factors. The results of this research were proposed to the “F” recreational ranch as a reference for its future business model. They are as follows: 1) focus on one theme; 2) make the best use of location and local features; 3) combine different markets to improve the diversity of products; 4) good service and providing DIY experiences by using local resources; 5) supporting local farmers in increasing their business opportunities and income; 6) providing learning and working opportunities for disadvantaged groups; 7) cooperation with government and public welfare organizations in organizing charity events.
