目的:探討不同節奏自選音樂介入對於國中體育班及普通班男生1600公尺心肺耐力測驗之完成時間、心跳率、運動自覺努力程度及運動情緒的影響。研究方法:研究者招募22名國中男生(9名體育班,13名普通班),在伴隨「無音樂」、「慢節奏音樂」 (<90bpm)、「快節奏音樂」 ( > 120bpm) 三種不同情境下,進行1600公尺跑走,並記錄完成時間、心跳率、運動自覺努力程度,以及測驗前、後須填寫盤斯心情量表。研究設計:採平衡次序設計,每位受試者均須在三種不同音樂情境下完成心肺耐力測驗。資料處理與分析:將實驗所得之完成時間、心跳率及運動自覺努力程度以混合設計二因子變異數分析,比較各組間與組內之差異,顯著水準設為α = .05;以及將測驗後所得之盤斯心情量表分數和測驗前後之盤斯心情量表變化量以二因子多變量共變數分析,驗證其差異性,顯著水準設為α = .05。結果:一、不同音樂情境介入國中體育班及普通班男生心肺耐力測驗,其完成時間、心跳率、運動自覺努力程度及運動情緒無顯著差異。二、國中體育班及普通班男生在心肺耐力測驗後,其疲勞感及測驗前後疲勞感的變化量有顯著差異。結論:一、不同音樂情境介入國中體育班及普通班男生心肺耐力測驗,對其完成時間、心跳率、運動自覺努力程度及運動情緒沒有影響。二、國中普通班男生在心肺耐力測驗後覺得比體育班男生疲勞。
Purpose: This study investigated the effects of different tempi music on the performance time of cardiorespiratory endurance test, heart rate, rating of perceived exertion and sport mood of athletic and general class male students of junior high school. Method: Twenty-two junior high school male students are recruited (nine athletic class students, thirteen general class students). Design: Each subject completed three times of 1600m run/walk under no music, slow music (<90bpm) and fast music (>120bpm) conditions in a counterbalance order. Duration of exercise, heart rate and rating of perceived exertion values and POMS scale before and after test were recorded. Data analysis: The data of duration of exercise, heart rate and rating of perceived exertion values are analyzed with mixed design two-way ANOVA and POMS scale data are analyzed with mixed design two-way MANCOVA to examine the differences between and within groups. The statistical significant level is determined at α = .05. Result: 1. There were no significant differences in exercise duration, heart rate rating of perceived exertion values and POMS scale under different music conditions. 2. Fatigue values of post-test and variation of pre-test and post-test are significantly different between athletic and general class male students. Conclusion: 1. There are no effects on the duration of exercise, heart rate rating perceived exertion and POMS scale of cardiorespiratory endurance test of athletic and general class male students of junior high school under different tempi music condition. 2. General class male students of junior high school are more fatigued than students in athletic class after cardiorespiratory endurance test.
