安全是航空運輸的首要考量,機場機坪作業直接影響入出境航空器、旅客、航空公司作業,並牽動所有飛航活動。本研究採用修訂後的哥本哈根疲勞量表調查國籍航勤公司4個機場546位輪班制度下機坪作業員工作與休息情況,並使用NASA-TLX自我心理負荷量表衡量機坪作業員的心智負荷,透過資料分析,檢測機坪作業員輪班制度、職場疲勞與心智負荷間之關聯性。研究發現輪班制度對職場疲勞有顯著正向影響關係,輪班制度對心智負荷有顯著正向影響關係,心智負荷對職場疲勞有顯著正向影響關係。其中,松山機場機坪作業員的職場疲勞與心智負荷及輪班制度所導致的休息不足情形皆較其他機場之作業員感受顯著;工作間的休息時間在0-30分鐘的作業員在身心疲勞、情緒負面及休息時間不足的情形較為顯著,表示休息時間越短,對作業員身體、心理的疲勞及倦怠感有越強烈的負面影響;最近三個月內平均每月加班時數大於41小時的作業員,感覺體力透支、心力交瘁、時間壓力、睡眠不足與休息不足的狀況都較其他加班時數低於41小時者顯著,加班時數越高越容易對作業員的生活造成影響,亦容易對其身體與心靈造成過度的負擔。研究結果可提供國內航勤業者及民航主管機關對機坪作業員輪班制度進行參考調整,以降低可能導致的飛安與工安事故。
Airport ramp operations directly affect the operations of inbound and outbound aircraft, passengers, airlines, and all flight activities. In this study, adopting from the revised Copenhagen Burnout Inventory to the Work Burnout scale to investigate the work and rest of the 4 airport and 546 ramp operators under the shift system, and use the NASA-TLX self-psychological load assessment to measure the ramp operators’ mental load. Through analysis to detect the correlation between the ramp operator shift system, work burnout and mental workload. The study found that the shift system has a significant positive effect on work burnout, the shift system has a significant positive effect on mental workload, and the mental workload has a significant positive effect on work burnout. The work burnout and mental workload of ramp operators will vary according to gender, and Female work burnout and mental workload are higher than male. Among the airport ramp operations at Taipei Songshan Airport's burnout and mental workload and the lack of rest caused by the shift system are essentially the feelings of other airport ramp operators. The operators with a break of 0-30 minutes in work have a high degree of recognition for physical and mental fatigue, negative emotions and not enough rest time are more significant. It means that the shorter the rest time will cause stronger burnout and negative effect for the airport ramp operations. The average of overwork in the past three months, the operators who work overtime for more than 41 hours feel physical overdraft, mental exhaustion, time pressure, lack of sleep and lack of rest are more significant than other overtime hours of less than 41 hours. The higher overtime hours will affect the daily life of the operator easier, and it is also easy to cause an excessive load on their body and mind. The research results can be used as an improvement of the work burnout and mental workload of the airport ramp operators by airlines, ground handling agents or authorities to reduce the accidents of flight safety and work safety.
