本研究主要探討海外工作者於跨文化適應(Cross-cultural Adjustment)、文化衝擊(Culture Shock)、文化智商(Cultural Intelligence)三者之間影響,同時探討個人因素對跨文化適應,文化衝擊,文化智商所產生之影響。本研究方法為問卷調查法,採用網路與紙本問卷兩種發放方式,共發放250份,回收有效樣本數為208份,有效回收率為83.2%。研究分別透過SPSS(Statistical Product and Service Solutions)分析軟體進行信度分析、迴歸分析、變異數分析。

跨文化適應分為一般性、工作性、互動性適應,加入個人因素為調節變數衡量,研究分析以SPSS分析方法在跨文化適應與其他相關領域皆能夠進行有效的分析。

研究結果顯示,文化智商與跨文化適應分析上有顯著正向關係,其文化智商與文化衝擊分析、文化衝擊與跨文化適應分析、個人因素與跨文化適應分析及文化智商與個人因素對跨文化適應皆有顯著正向關係之結論。本研究使用T檢定與變異數分析,檢驗人口基本變數(Demographic)在跨文化適應、文化衝擊、文化智商及個人因素是否有顯著差異。

This study focuses on the overseas workers that influence between Cross-cultural Adjustment, Culture Shock and Cultural Intelligence, the impact on personal-related factor caused by Cross-cultural Adjustment, Culture Shock and Cultural Intelligence are discussed as well. The method used in this work is based on questionnaires, using paper-based and online survey, where 250 questionnaires were distributed, among which 208 are valid, and the effective rate is 83.2%. The research is conducted Reliability Analysis, Regression Analysis, Analysis of Variance through SPSS(Statistical Product and Service Solutions) software.

Cross-cultural adjustment is divided into general, work-oriented, and interactive adaptation, and personal factors are added as adjustment variables to measure. Research and analysis can be effectively analyzed in cross-cultural adaptation and other related fields using SPSS analysis methods.

The results show that there is significant positive relationship between Cultural Intelligence and Cross-cultural Adjustment analysis, Culture Shock and Cross-cultural Adjustment analysis, personal-related factor and Cross-cultural Adjustment analysis and analysis of Cultural Intelligence and personal-related factor of Cross-cultural Adjustment have the same conclusion. During the research process using T test and ANOVA, testing the Demographic whether there are significant differences in Cross-cultural Adjustment, Culture Shock, Cultural Intelligence and personal-related factor.
