The failure rate of false twister continues to rise, and among them, the servo motor has the most failures. Therefore, further disassembly and study of the servo motor are conducted to find out the cause of the failure. After disassembling the servo motor, it was found that the oil and water during the production of the false twister had an impact on the communication line of the servo motor, and penetrated into the servo motor encoder area to cause the motor to malfunction. This research is conducted to reduce the influence of oil and water for the servo motor communication line of the false twister. Finally, by increasing the length of the servo motor communication line and changing the installation method, the temperature of the communication line is reduced, and the influence of oil and water on the servo motor communication line is reduced.
