假捻機的故障率不斷地攀升，而其中又以伺服馬達的故障最多，因此針對伺服馬達做進一步的拆解研究來找出故障原因。
拆解伺服馬達後發現，是假捻機生產時的油水，對伺服馬達的通訊線產生影響，並滲入到伺服馬達編碼器區域內使馬達發生故障。
本研究實做降低假捻機伺服馬達通訊線油水影響之研究，最後藉由增加伺服馬達通訊線長度與改變安裝方式，達到對通訊線的降溫，與降低油水對伺服馬達通訊線的影響。

The failure rate of false twister continues to rise, and among them, the servo motor has the most failures. Therefore, further disassembly and study of the servo motor are conducted to find out the cause of the failure.
After disassembling the servo motor, it was found that the oil and water during the production of the false twister had an impact on the communication line of the servo motor, and penetrated into the servo motor encoder area to cause the motor to malfunction.
This research is conducted to reduce the influence of oil and water for the servo motor communication line of the false twister. Finally, by increasing the length of the servo motor communication line and changing the installation method, the temperature of the communication line is reduced, and the influence of oil and water on the servo motor communication line is reduced.
