ABSTRACT In order to ensure that the development of offshore wind farm is carried out under the conditions of taking into account the wind turbine facilities and the safety of ships at sea, the risk assessment of ships sailing near the offshore wind farm will be investigated in this research. In addition, the feasibility of navigation channel planning will be studied and the collision probabilities of ship-to-ship and ship-to-wind farm will be discussed. The planning of the navigation channel can not only make the ship navigation more concentrated, but also increase the navigation safety of the ship. Besides, additional space will be given for the development of offshore wind power. At this stage, our country has less practical experience in the offshore wind farm. The research results of this thesis will present some recommendations for the planning of offshore wind farms in the future.
