With the sharp increase in the proportion of Taiwan's aging population and the prolongation of the average life expectancy of the Chinese people, the demand for long-term care and health services has become more and more important for the elderly society. In order to understand the service quality and effectiveness of the long-term care management center (referred to as the care center) and the three health services (respite service, home rehabilitation, and home care), the Nantou County Health Bureau formulated a survey "Nantou County Center and health administration service users and their families conducted a survey of satisfaction. This study adopts a quantitative research questionnaire survey. Through the questionnaire survey, a total of 13 townships and cities in Nantou County were sampled. A total of 675 questionnaires for the number of care center samples and 406 questionnaires for the sample of health administration. Data analysis was performed with SPSS 22.0 software, and cross-analysis and narrative statistics were used for questionnaire analysis. The research results showed that the users of the care center used "Changzhao", "Career", "Changzhao 2.0", "Care Center", etc. Service satisfaction and the overall satisfaction of health service users in various services such as "service staff", "service items", and "service users" were rated by the respondents as "very satisfied" or "satisfied", with a ratio of up to 95 %the above. However, users are still dissatisfied with the "caretaker service", which is mainly because caretakers change too frequently, making users feel that the service is not implemented. I am very dissatisfied with the "Changzhao 2.0 Service". The main reason is that the government has not enough publicity. It is recommended that the government vigorously publicize Changzhang 2.0. Part of the dissatisfaction with the "health service attendant" is mainly due to the high frequency of service attendant replacement, which reduces trust. In order to improve the quality of service, this study provides the following recommendations. For the "care attendant service", it is recommended to replace the care attendant. Can inform and hand over the service content in advance. With regard to the "Changzhao 2.0 service", we suggest that the government can vigorously publicize the content of the Changzhao 2.0 service. In terms of "health service personnel", it is recommended to increase the recruitment and training of talents, and to improve salaries and benefits to retain talents.
