HD 59686 系統是擁有一顆已被發現的S-type行星且是一個緊密的雙星系統。據以前的文獻和行星形成的理論來看,這類行星通常非常不穩定的。我們利用REBOUND去做模擬以支持HD 59686b的存在與穩定。在這之後我們改變不同的初使條件來尋找在這系統中可能存在的小行星帶或者是另一顆未被發現的行星。我們做出dynamical map去說明在這系統裡的穩定帶的位置。最後,我們簡單的討論了共振在這個系統裡的影響。
HD 59686 system is a compact binary system with a comfirmed S-type exoplanet. With such close distance between two stars and planet formation theories from other literature, this kind of planets always considered to have chaotic orbits. We use REBOUND package to do the dynamical simulation to study the existence and stability of HD 59686b planet. After that, we test the possibility of the existence of the asteroid belt or another unseen planet inside the system by changing different initial condition of the simulations. We then make the dynamical map to illustrate the stable region inside the system. We also have a brief discussion about resonance effect in this system.
