2019年7月30日金融管理委員會宣布正式核准三家純網銀業者設立，台灣的傳統銀行正式面臨純網銀競爭，這也帶動了台灣的傳統銀行積極的在服務、系統以及流程等各方面進行創新的轉型及改革。本論文的研究目的，首先為探討三家純網銀之股東結構、競爭優劣勢，分析其對傳統銀行可能造成之影響與挑戰；最後，以C銀行為例，分析其目前在網路銀行及數位銀行上之發展、傳統銀行在Fintech科技下之發展，以及在面對純網銀業者進入市場之競爭策略。本研究彙整傳統銀行在純網銀進入市場前其系統提升與人員轉變以及產品多元化發展，最後，聚焦於C銀行的目前線上及線下虛實整合之發展，就C銀行目前之發展現況及其運用之策略進行研究、並提出相關建議，期望透過本研究之結果與建議，提供未來有興趣研究之學者研究之參考。

On July 30, 2019, the Financial Supervisory Commission R.O.C.(Taiwan) announced the formal approval of the establishment of three internet-only banks. Taiwan’s traditional banks are facing the competition from online banking, which drives them to actively carry out innovative transformation and reform in services, systems and processes. The purpose of this paper is to firstly discuss the shareholder structure, competitive advantages and disadvantages of the three internet-only banks, and analyze the possible impacts and challenges they bring on traditional banks. Then, taking Bank C as an example, we analysis its current development in online banking and digital banking, the development of traditional banks under Fintech technology, and its competitive strategy in the face of the situation that online-only banks entering the market. Finally focus on the development of integration of Bank C’s current online and offline services, research Bank C’s current development status and the strategies it uses, and put forward relevant suggestions. We expect that our study could provide reference for scholars who are interested in this topic in the future.
