There are 17 civilian airports in Taiwan (including military-civilian airports), of which there are 4 international airports (Taoyuan International Airport, Taipei Songshan International Airport, Kaohsiung International Airport, Taichung International Airport), and 5 domestic airports (Tainan Airport, Hualien Airport, Chiayi Airport, Hengchun Airport, Taitung Airport), the outer islands have 8 airports (Lvdao Airport, Lanyu Airport, Penghu Airport, Wangan Airport, Qimei Airport, Kinmen Airport, Matsu Beigan Airport, Matsu Nangan Airport), In order to smoothly integrate country with the world gateway and to coordinate with the country's "one core and multiple hearts" development structure, the Ministry of Communications has continuously promoted the future functional positioning and important construction of Taiwan's airports in recent years. Currently, airports that are under construction or have been completed .There are Taoyuan International Airport, Taipei Songshan International Airport, Kaohsiung International Airport, Taichung International Airport, Taitung Airport, Lanyu Airport, etc. The principles of the construction specifications for the rebuilding are the construction guidelines issued by the Public Works Committee of the Executive Yuan. However, considering the safety and reliability of the airport pavement, and identifying the hazards and damage of the pavement, we can propose specific feasible improvements. For airport construction and maintenance management, airport construction is critical to ensure pavement service quality and aircraft safety. This research is based on the reference to the airport operation specifications and related safety regulations, the construction method of Penghu Airport, and the case of maintaining the operation method during the construction period. Then, the construction method of the runway construction of Taoyuan International Airport and Taipei Songshan International Airport is used as a discussion. Through the construction period Maintain the airport operation plan, construction schedule planning, construction obstacle factors and countermeasures, etc., collect and organize the construction process data to discuss and analyze, and provide conclusions and suggestions through the engineering examples of the case to provide the same airport renovation project in the future. Objective and reasonable experience feedback and motivation for innovative thinking.
