臺灣將於2026年進入超高齡社會，加上少子化現象，未來的社會裡將會有一半的人口都是老人。若能發展出讓青銀雙方都能共存且互助的生活模式，將會有助於解決許多社會問題。「青銀共居」的新興居住型態，在其他國家實施有成，但在台灣類似的方案才剛起步，且大多在試辦階段，對於潛在的使用者特質還不了解，尚難以發展為更大規模的社會政策。

有鑒於此，本研究希望瞭解青銀雙方在選擇此居住型態時的行為意圖，及其他影響因素。本研究第一階段先透過修正式德菲法，取得文獻與專家提出之一致性重要因素，並將此重要因素向一般大眾施測，運用探索性因素分析萃取出影響青銀共居行為意圖的構念，第二階段再將這些構念與分解式計畫行為理論模型結合，發展量表，以此衡量一般大眾對青銀共居的行為意圖。

研究發現主要有下列四點：

1.對青銀共居的態度越正面的人、親朋好友、鄰居越鼓勵其參與的人與自覺擁有能夠融入共居生活能力的人有越高的傾向參與青銀共居。

2.越喜歡社交的人與覺得青銀共居能帶來好處的人對青銀共居的態度越好，進而提高參加青銀共居的意圖。

3.媒合平台協助程度越高，會提高民眾自覺行為控制的程度。

4.青銀雙方在面對青銀共居的態度與主觀規範上有差異。相較於青年，高齡者對青銀共居的態度較為正面，而身邊親朋好友、重要他人對青銀共居越鼓勵，他們會想要參加青銀共居的意圖較青年來得高。

Since Taiwan will enter a super-aged era by 2026, along with the fact of declining birthrates, half of the population will be senior citizens in the near future. Developing a lifestyle that allows both youths and the elderly to coexist and help each other will help solve a variety of social problems. The emerging living model of "co-housing of youths and the elderly" has been successfully deployed in some countries, but in Taiwan it has been just initiated, and most of the programs are in the pilot stage. Without in-depth understanding of the characteristics of potential users, it is difficult to develop this living model into a large-scale social policy.

In response to that, this study aims to explore the intentions of both young people and senior citizens and other factors that influence their choice of this living model. In this study, the modified Delphi method is used at the first phase to obtain consistent essential factors from literature and a group of experts. These essential factors are then developed into questionnaires issued to general populations, using exploratory factor analysis (EFA) to extract generic concepts that have impact on co-housing of youths and the elderly. At the second phase, these concepts are combined with the Decomposed Theory of Planned Behavior to further develop an index, which can be used to assess the behavioral intention of general populations as to co-housing of youths and the elderly.

Four main findings of the study are as follows:

1.People with a more positive attitude towards co-housing of youths and the elderly, people who are encouraged by family, friends, and neighbors, and those who think themselves have the ability to live a co-housing lifestyle are more likely to participate in co-housing of youths and the elderly.

2.People who are more fond of social intercourse, and those who think that co-housing of youths and the elderly can bring benefits, have a better attitude towards and more intend to participate in co-housing of youths and the elderly.

3.More assistance from the matchmaking platform may lead to a higher level of people's consciousness control.

4.There are differences in attitudes and subjective norms between young people and senior citizens in terms of co-housing of youths and the elderly. Compared with young people, senior citizens have a more positive attitude towards co-housing of youths and the elderly, and the more encouraging their family, friends, and important people are, the more they are willing to participate in co-housing of youths and the elderly than young people are.
