去年立法院三讀通過「中醫藥發展法」,而衛生教育及用藥安全更加需要全民共同努力把關,是以,本研究探討使用者對中醫藥衛生教育數位學習的認知情形、轉換意圖及轉換行為的相關因素。研究以整合性科技接受與使用模式為框架,以分析該模式之認知有用性、認知易用性、社會影響、便利慣性四個構面,延伸探討使用者在新、舊學習情境中的轉換意圖及行為。採用網路問卷與具鑑別度雪球抽樣法,以皆使用過中醫藥衛生教育數位與實體學習之民眾作為抽樣母體,回收398份問卷,無效27份,總共有效問卷371份。研究結果顯示:
1. 使用者對於中醫藥衛教數位學習的認知有用性會正向影響轉換意圖。
2. 使用者對於中醫藥衛教數位學習的認知易用性會正向影響轉換意圖。
3. 使用者對於中醫藥衛教實體學習的社會影響會正向影響轉換意圖。
4. 使用者對於中醫藥衛教實體學習的便利慣性會正向影響轉換意圖。
5. 使用者對於中醫藥衛教學習方式的轉換意圖對轉換行為上有正向關係。
由此可推論使用者因對中醫藥衛生教育數位學習的認知及社會正面影響下,進而可望促使民眾多加應用或推廣中醫藥衛生教育的意願。
Last year, the Legislative Yuan passed the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Development Law" in the third reading, and health education and drug safety require the joint efforts of the whole people. Therefore, this study explores the user''s perception of the digital learning of Chinese medicine and health education, conversion intentions and conversion behaviors. relevant factor. The research uses the integrated technology acceptance and use model as the framework to analyze the four dimensions of the model’s cognitive usefulness, cognitive ease of use, social influence, and convenience inertia, and extend the exploration of users’ conversion intentions in new and old learning situations And behavior. Using online questionnaires and discriminative snowball sampling methods, using people who have used Chinese medicine and health education digital and physical learning as the sampling matrix, 398 questionnaires were collected, 27 of which were invalid, and a total of 371 valid questionnaires. research shows:
1. The cognitive usefulness of users for digital learning of Chinese medicine and health education will positively affect their conversion intentions.
2. The user''s cognitive ease of use for digital learning of Chinese medicine health education will positively affect the conversion intention.
3. The social influence of users on the entity learning of Chinese medicine and health education will positively influence the conversion intention.
4. The user''s inertia to facilitate the learning of Chinese medicine and health education entities will positively affect the conversion intention.
5. There is a positive relationship between the user''s intention to change the learning method of Chinese medicine and health education to the conversion.
Therefore, under the positive influence of users on digital learning and the positive influence of physical learning, the conversion intention has a positive effect on the conversion, which is expected to increase the user’s willingness to try digital learning and encourage the public to apply more Chinese medicine health education.
