因應環境變動,臺灣製鞋業廠商如何將動態能力運用於組織網絡關係,以提升經營績效,為業者管理創新的重要課題。本研究以Teece(1997)的動態能力為基礎,欲探討鞋業廠商如何在組織網絡關係中建構動態能力;如何運用網絡關係,結合其他成員長處,提升經營績效。以台灣製鞋產業為研究對象進行問卷調查,有效回收問卷109份。分析結果顯示:動態能力中的定位與流程兩構面,會正向影響組織網絡關係;動態能力正向影響經營績效;廠商可以透過動態能力影響組織網絡關係。
In response to changes on the environment, how Taiwanese footwear manufacturers use dynamic capabilities on inter-organization network relationships and improve business performance is an important issue for management innovation. This study is based on the dynamic capabilities of Teece (1997) and wants to discuss how footwear manufacturers build dynamic capabilities in inter-organizational network relationships; how to use network relationships to combine other partner strengths to improve business performance. A questionnaire survey was conducted with the Taiwanese footwear industry as the research object, and 109 valid questionnaires were collected in this study. The findings indicate that the two aspects of positioning and process in dynamic capabilities will positively affect inter-organizational network relationship; dynamic capabilities positively affect business performance.
