The Workshop of Children's Literature Writing, which was held by The Institute of Elementary School Teacher during 1971-1989, has promoted this specific literature and trained local talents of this area. This workshop is considered one of the most effective and valuable events in the history of Children's Literature; however, we never had a decent report or a complete record on its achievement. This study analyzes the effect of The Children's Literature Writing Workshop by comparing the Children's literature states before and after the workshop and going through the remote causes and proximate causes behind it. To accomplish these, this study will include— First, the ratio of the workshop members in the total talents pool of the industry, along with their works and publish environment at the time. Secondly, the awards and prizes won by these workshop members. Thus, we will be able to tell the writing ability and the quality of them equipped by this workshop. Thirdly, the contribution and service from them to the society. How they bond with the community and further inspire people? Are these valued by the education system and the society? Did they nurture more talents and make the Children's literature stronger? From these three aspects, the study will show the full picture of the outcome of The Workshop of Children's Literature Writing with a good structure; starts from the performance of individuals to their connections with the society, and the curve of the following era. Eventually, fairly position it in our history of Children's Literature.
